Service was so above and beyond what I've experienced in most other shoe stores or departments, and the level of expertise is second to none. I've never had a person attend to me who was as enthusiastic and educated about the products as Jakab. He took me through the Ultimate Fit process and we found the perfect pair of boots for me. Had a great experience with the NEW manager and his team.
Tried to get my boots back 2 years ago and was told they were in storage as I had forgot about them. PREVIOUS manager was suppose to call me. Once again forgot about the boots. Out of site out of mind.
Thought my boots were lost after 2 years. Decided to try again and get my boots. NEW manager was fantastic as well as the team member that helped me to start with.THEY ALL come thru and found my boots. In all places on the wall of honor.

Jakab gave me a great experience with my first red wing trip. Walking me through the foot and step scanner as well as all of the options and what would work best for me. In the hour I was there I got boots ordered, insoles and socks and couldn’t be happier with my time spent.
