Would honestly say, a little less than five stars, however, more than four would be my true rating. Brand new store in tiptop shape, employees seem helpful and friendly, albeit a bit shy. Needed some coupon help at the register and the manager seemed a bit bothered, first impressions are everything. Prices are decent, however, I need consistent livestock supplies all the time and have found Murdochs to be a couple dollars on everything. So that being said, the coupon brought me in, yet, I have my loyalties elsewhere. For livestock supplies in this area, this store will do.

Very disappointed with a recent attempt at a purchase I made online with this store. I kept them up to date on my pickup date. When I arrived at the store to pickup my purchase the cashier called over the radio to Chris. He informed her he was finishing up with a client and would help me once he was done. He also said that the item I was picking up was "buried" which somewhat surprised me. The cashier asked me to go around back to the loading dock to wait for assistance. After waiting 35 minutes without any acknowledgement, I drove back around and spoke to the cashier. She was surprised that I had informed her that I had not been helped. She contacted Chris again on the radio. He said that he got "hung up" at the counter he was working. She then tried to see if anyone else could help to which I asked for my money back and left the store. I made my purchase elsewhere and was very pleased with that transaction.
My takeaway is this...The store was very slow. I saw no other employees and very few customers. I did my diligence about keeping them informed and I felt like their customer service skills were lacking greatly. I asked for the name of the store manager which is Ashley Combs. I had every intention of calling her today. I chose not to based upon the belief that I had seen enough from her staff that it was unwarranted. My suggestion would be for the regional management to monitor this store a little closer...
I am a very dissatisfied customer and will be sure to shop elsewhere going forward.

Decent supply store. Missing a few things here and there, but overall not bad. It is more of a main stream country store playing music over the store while the high schoolers stock shelves. Nice enough place when you need a quick bag of pellets for the grill or some quick item for a home project.

My husband and I visited this Murdoch’s location for the first time tonight and we’ll definitely be back! Not only was there a great selection, but we had a wonderful experience with the staff. The store manager, Ashley was so kind and made our experience wonderful. Our cashier was also so sweet. Overall great experience and we’ll make the 45 minute drive to come to this location.

New Store is open. They have cute chicks in the store! They are Rhode Island Reds. I cheeped at them.
Also their Grand Opening Sale is going on Now. The employees seem most helpful.

1st time to this new location, which is a 45 min drive, we have always liked Murdoch's so thought we would stop in. Very surprised at how messy the clothing dept. was, clothes on the floor, clothes laying on racks, their were 4 young girls in a huddle talking but not working to straightened the mess out. Apparently no Manager on duty and the girl that seemed to be the supervisor was right in the thick of it with the other girls. Shoe dept. upside down, stuff everywhere again. Its very disappointing and when we got home, I was cutting tags off the clothes my husband had purchased we were overcharged by $10.00 for a shirt that was tagged $89.00 but did not ring up for that amount. It all starts at the top and this store needs better Management. When you walk in the door you can see that nobody is taking care of business! 12/29/24 3:00 pm

Nice new store. Everything inside is situated well and they have a good variety. Bathrooms were nice and clean too. The lady who checked us out was SO nice, even my teen was like wow, I liked her, she was really nice. Which is rare. Haha
