Pues tienen que mejorar muchas cosas.... en particular creo que es un buen lugar para esquiar... sin embargo si es primera vez que vas es un desastre... Empezando por el sistema me cobraron dos veces la actividad... me cobraron el lift y nunca lo utilice... para estacionar fue un desastre hasta que le pregunte a una persona y me indico donde estaba un estacionamiento (deben indicar los estacionamientos mejor)... la comida muy cara mejor lleva tu comida... el restaurante es un desastre (no cabe la gente y falta orden)... lo mejor la atención del personal fueron excelente por ellos y por el lugar se ganaron las estrellas...

This place has one of the most helpful crews I’ve come across! My partner and I came to keystone to celebrate my birthday and we ended up finding this shop. They provided us with a great ski set up and it was one of the best birthdays I’ve had in a few years! The team there made sure we were good to go and were very friendly. Very knowledgeable and helpful crew!

Keystone is a beautiful place and we had an amazing experience with Keystone Sports Mountain House! We received top notch customer service from top to bottom. The staff really made it easy for our whole family. I would recommend to everyone to utilize all they have to offer for all skiing and boarding needs ! We will be back !!!

I walked into mountain house needing a whole set up for a few days. Chris walked up, introduced himself and made me feel welcome the second I walked in. He took care of me from the start and made it all a breeze. I ended up with a great set up which helped me have a great day of riding. He even helped me find some good runs to start out with for the day. Shoutout to Chris and the whole crew!

New development - I didn't rent a helmet for skiing, but my daughter did, and now two weeks later, she has head lice, which corresponds to the incubation period for lice eggs, so should check the helmet sanitation process, please.
First time in Keystone, so we rented here, but not sure if we would repeat next time. Pros: 1. Staff are very friendly. 2. Immediately adjacent to ski school. 3. You can leave your skiis/poles with them overnight, so don't have to lug back/forth to your condo. 4. If you have an issue with your equipment, you can repair/replace right then and there. Cons: 1 1.5 hours to rent - 30 actual minutes of fitting and 60 minutes of standing in boot/ski/cashier lines. 2. More expensive than others and 5.9% "resort fee" tacked on. 3. Remote from main ski lifts.

Lost a screw for my old bindings. Rental folks helped me find a replacement screw even though they didn’t have the exact one. Great service, nice folks!

Amazing place for learning first time skiing. Beware that they might charge you for a lift pass extra. Also you need to be an hour before your appointment to collect all your ski equipment.

My advice would be to call in advance for all guidances before reserving. But overall a great experience.
