11.17.23 My 1st time and I loved how peaceful the entire area was. I especially like the no dogs. This made me feel safe and I enjoyed the walk knowing I wouldn't be jumped my strangers dogs. I was here on a Fri so lots of parking spots. I walked around for over an hour enjoying the trails, birds, nature, the quiet.

Love the trails, truly beautiful here, so many birds!! I love that there are no dogs allowed. It is wonderful to be out in such a beautiful spot not be harassed by a roaming dog.
Whoever maintains this, thank you!!!

What a wonderful ramble in the early morning when it was cool and there was a nice breeze. A bit buggy, but it's summer! The trails are well marked, maintained and have everything you could ask for: bubbling brook, shaded paths, benches to sit and enjoy the peaceful view, tons of wildflowers, meadows, birdhouses... trails range from easy to moderate and I can't wait to come back and visit in the fall, winter and spring.

Excellent preserve to take a quite stroll through the woods and observe some wonderful wildlife. Take a seat on one of the many benches provided and relax or perhaps take advantage of the many photographic opportunities..perfect habitat for for deer, rabbits and birds of all sorts.
PLEASE, follow the adage of 'Take only memories and leave only footprints'.
NO PETS ALLOWED.

Very beautiful! The time I went nobody was there! It was quiet and peaceful. A nice place to hike and clear your head from work or any other stresses! I would absolutely recommend this place to hike. None of the trails even are a mile long! The longest trail is only 0.93 miles!

Very nice little nature preserve, with clearly marked trails, cute little benches placed at certain view points, easy enough trails for families with young children. My only complaint would have to be about the bugs, but it is that time of year and you are in the woods so that is to be expected no matter where you go. No dogs are allowed here, even if leashed. Which is understandable because of the type of nature preserve this is.

Nice place for a walk in the woods. Discovered it because I've been walking at Topsmead and it's quite close by. You can do as short a trail as perhaps 1/2 mile, or a longer trail of close to 1 mile, or combine trails for 2+ miles. There's some elevation change on the longer walks. Watch out for ticks!
