Great customer service from Old Mill Saddlery, Robert responded quickly to my request to dig out size charts to two different coats I was considering. I'm delighted with my coat having been using it for about three months and it absolutely lives up to the description of being waterproof. I'm impressed by the range of products available and would happily buy from them again.

I ordered a pair of boots from Old Mill Saddlery. They charged my card immediately but 5 weeks later, the boots still hadn't come. I never received any communication from them and the tracking feature on the website said "in process" the entire time. I finally had to call and was told the boots were out of stock. The refund still hasn't come, nor have I received any other communication from them. Save yourself a lot of trouble and don't order from them. They may not be a scam, but they aren't far off.

Extremely poor service. Items ordered mid November to ensure they were here for Christmas. 2 items were 4-7 days dispatch. 3 weeks later I’m still chasing them up and have heard multiple excuses. They claimed the rug that was in stock wasn’t. I had that refunded and the items they told me where there ready to post still weren’t posted. Emails sent with no replies. Have received an email this morning to say the order is complete but has no shipping information. $450 order for my children’s main Christmas presents and it won’t be here in time for Christmas.

Placed an order 29th Nov for an item that was out of stock. Expected to be restocked 5-7 days. Received an email on the 3rd confirming the 5-7 days and was I happy to continue. I agreed specifically saying as long as the time line was correct. Now I still have no item, they aren’t responding to emails and they don’t answer the phone. Wish I read reviews sooner.

Awful experience. I ordered items back in November and they still have not been dispatched as they are out of stock. I asked them to cancel the out of stock item from the order but the rest of the items still have not been dispatched. Very disappointing given I have ordered over £100 worth of Christmas gifts which won’t arrive in time. The communication is incredibly poor and emails take at least 3 working days to respond to. I haven’t been able to get through on the phone despite trying multiple times. I would not recommend this company.

Adding another 1 star review to the multitude they already have. Wish I had seen these prior. Unfortunately if anything goes wrong you will not get a response for days or any help at all. I emailed twice and used their ‘online chat’ because their system translated my address incorrectly from PayPal, removing a unit number and mashing two other numbers together, so it will be sent to the wrong house. By the time I realised I could not change it (very quickly after purchase) I contacted them multiple times, and 4 days later I finally got a response from a Claire saying it was my fault I and need to contact UPS. No interest in looking into the fault in the system? Also I would have liked to have known I needed to contact UPS a little more quickly. But no apologies from her on the delay. Not sure if they realise but when you use quick ‘Pay with PayPal’ button you don’t type your address, the system pulls it for you, so I didn’t mistype my OWN address and this has NEVER happened before when I have used PayPal with every other purchase I have ever made on the internet (and I can tell you there’s been many). But it’s my fault. And they can’t help me sorry. Even though I had contacted them BEFORE it was shipped but obviously they don’t care about that. Can’t wait to not receive my very expensive shoes…terrible customer service.

I bought exquisite gloves. They travelled to Australia and the shipping was flawless and fast. The gloves are everything and more I hoped they’d be. Will deal with Old Mill Saddlery again.

First class experience with Robert and Jessica as usual! Going away with a lovely saddle that fits me and my young horse, allowing for changes in the future. Excellent facilities and a pleasure to visit Old Mill Saddlery. Thank you
