Cuidado si hacéis pedidos a España, a mí me lo retuvieron unas tres semanas en aduanas y al llegar a casa me pedían que pagara 120 € más, contacté con LD Mountain Centre hace una semana por correo y aún no me han contestado.

Edito y actualizo mi reseña: tras contactar con LD Mountain Centre al correo que me indicaron (anteriormente no me contestaban por un despiste mío, les escribí a la dirección de no replay) me informaron de que se trataba de un error ajeno a ellos ya que supuestamente en el precio que pagué iba incluida la tasa de aduanas. Me informaron que se pondrían en contacto con la empresa transportista (UPS) y cuando recibieran de vuelta el pedido me devolverían el dinero. UPS no daba señales del pedido y lo dieron por perdido, aún así me han devuelto el dinero. Le doy 5 estrellas a LD Mountain Centre porque me han mantenido al corriente del proceso, han sido muy afables y atentos, y han cargado con los costes de la negligencia de UPS, pero insisto a los que vayáis a hacer pedidos a España en que tengáis en cuenta que aduanas os puede pretender cobrar de nuevo por lo que pensáis que ya habéis pagado.

Great shop, loads of gear and equipment under RRP well displayed too, custom fitted my ski boots which were bought elsewhere, staff are very knowledgeable and were friendly with the fitting service.

Will shop here again. The 1 star reviews are very unfair on the guys who work locally in the store

Headline is: they have taken £85 of my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Frustrating experience on an exchange. I followed their instructions on getting an item exchanged and they have gone radio silence. They asked me to send the item back to them, which I have done, and they have not replaced it. Essentially, leaving me out of pocket.

No one picks up their telephone advertised on Google.

I purchased original item two months ago.

If anyone and LD mountain reads this, can I have my money back or send me a replacement item.

From reading the reviews, it seems that if you shop in store, you get a great service. I shopped online as I was buying birthday presents for somebody, and they wanted a specific item that this store stocks. There aren't other stockists in the UK, apparently.
I paid £5 for postage despite my order totalling £145 as that was the standard delivery charge, no free delivery available. Five days later, the order hasn't been dispatched. I have emailed enquiring as to when they estimate it will be, but as yet, haven't received a response. I have phoned, but the recorded message informs that if you are enquiring as to your order, you should email so they can provide accurate information. I thought I would ask when they would answer their emails, but after being on hold for two minutes, the line went dead, so I couldn't.
The Facebook reviews show people waiting over 10 days for dispatch and phoning 23 times before speaking to a person, so I'm guessing when these items do arrive, they'll be belated birthday presents. Had I known this was the level of customer service, I would have asked the birthday recipient what they wanted months in advance.

Went today for a sleeping matt but sadly.the one I wanted was out of stock, so they gave me a 50% discount on the next model up. You really can't complain with that kind of service. Staff were very polite and helpful

Same as other people ordering online - waited days, item not despatched then send an email and no response to that either. Try to call and no answer. Just useless. Will be first and last time I order anything from this company and suggest everyone else avoids them like the plague.
