Quick and easy in & out. An associate did not do the point and shoot direction method but took me right to the mens underwear section to show me the Long Johns rack. They had a great selection in 3 sizes and two colors, light & dark. They were on sale too. Odd, since it was just one day before the Brody storm and associated arctic blast. The checkout was painless and the clerks were very friendly. It was a great experience.

I placed an online order for in-store pickup with two of the same item. Very simple order. 7 hours later I still hadn't heard back. Customer service was less than I expected. I had to call and wait on hold for a while. I was told orders don't even make it into their system for 7 hours. The store used to be one of my go to places and now I rarely set foot in the store.

TONS of activewear and great prices! I stopped into this store looking for runners base layers and whatnot and they definitely have it!!
Friendly staff, great selection (Nike, Under Armour, etc), good prices, and a clean store -- Gets my vote!!

We were sent a coupon for $50 off if we spent $150. So we went there to do our school shopping and we were glad to see they had a lot on sale. We spent approximately 2-3 hours picking out clothes only to discover they dont honor that coupon for sale items and they no longer take checks as a form of payment which there was nothing noted at the door when we walked in regarding that policy change. We have given this store a couple tries but we are completely frustrated now. Jcpenney honors there coupons and they dont overcharge to begin with. No longer shoppers of Bobs.

They never have sizes for any type of boots or shoes for that matter. They only hire kids who know nothing about the products they sell. Most coupons exclude almost every brand they sell, I honestly can believe this place is even open. Don't bother asking if they have anything in back what you see is what they have. What type of dept store doesn't carry surplus product. If you wanna waste time out of your life go to bobs. So I went on Amazon and ordered them l, received them in 3 days. Now I see why Bob's is close to going out of business.

I only go in the store to use my coupons. Sneaker selection was pretty bad. Maybe they’re going outta business. Got in line to purchase my item and no one was at the registers. The two women working the front were chit chatting and could care less about a customer waiting in line. Didn’t get greeted at all when she finally got to the register. Horrible customer service.

Every time I go here they only have good options for men. The shoe & clothing options for women are terrible. Prices are usually high. I recommend waiting for Black Friday & avoiding the rest of the year.
