I visited the store on unrelated business, but happened to have my pair of specialty boots with me. These are Cougar Paw roofing boots and they are hot garbage out of China. The eyelets began breaking, one at a time, since literally the very first time I tightened them onto my foot almost 8 years ago. I showed them to Dave and he told me he could fix them for less than it would cost me to buy another pair. In fact, it was about $20 to do the repair, and then another $10 to ship them up to the Longmont store near where I live. So for under $40, I finally fixed my boots. These boots keep me from falling off of steep roofs and I'm embarrassed that I waited so long to look into a repair. Great job Red Wing. Here are the before and after photos.

Allen was a great help, walked in told him what I do and what my problem with my other boots were and told me exactly what was wrong, if my old boots were good it was socks. He educated me on the socks and wasn't even trying to sell me on what I didn't need. Figured I need some new boots anyway and he helped me out tremendously. 10/10 best customer service I have seen in a long while

Five star boots first and foremost. The customer service was great too I’ve been wearing Red Wings for 30 years same size same model and now I find they’re gonna discontinue the 606 and super sole. they didn’t have my size and they didn’t have any ladies selection for my daughter. She still made them help her try on a dozen pairs of boots but just couldn’t find the ones she loved. I bought my boots there anyway and they said they would be available for pickup in a few days however my receipt says nothing about customer pickup so I hope they don’t make it harder than it was already.

Seth in Pueblo is professional and personable. Comfortable boots with proper inserts are a total game changer. Feel like I hobbled in and danced out! I would recommend the Red Wing experience to everyone.

Amazing experience at this Red Wing! Seth was extremely helpful and friendly and helped me find the perfect steel toe boots that fit my needs. He also oiled and stitched my old boots insanely fast!! Thank you!!

Definitely my best experience buying work boots. My guy Allen was very professional and hooked me up with a foot scan to fit my insole to my foot in order to give me the best fit for comfort. 10/10 will be back for casual boots too.
