A nice little park with some history, a walking trail, and some picnic areas. Pretty quiet and scenic.

Pretty place for a quick stroll or walking the dog on leash. The mowed path wraps around a beautiful native meadow that supports a busy habitat for birds and other wildlife. The path is short enough to be enjoyed in about 15 mins, perfect for a quick nature break or little ones learning about the natural world. Seems like everyone respects the park. There is one trash can and a few picnic benches next to the gravel parking lot. Posted signs inform you about the history of the area and warns to be bear aware (always a good idea in our area regardless). Side note, I have a reactive dog (no people or dogs) and avoid busy locations for our walks for our own peace. I didn't see anyone here at around 5:30 pm.

It's fairly small park but beautiful around sunset and sunrise, especially when the intentionally preserved flower feild blooms. Its perfect for a dog walk or a quick trip with small kids!

Great place for a walk. Informative postings along way. Paths are clearly maked. Some small hills to navigate
