I love mom and pop sports shops. I stopped in here just to buy some snowboard wax and I end up staying for about an hour and trying on some snowboard boots. Nick a sales reo) was extremely helpful it was so nice to talk to someone who's a snowboarder like myself. At first I started talking to him about the new kind of equipment and then I found myself trying on a pair of boots and I was just so impressed how he was able to spend the entire time that I was in the store with me and not even get distracted nor did his boss come over. long story short if you want personalized customer customer service then this is your shop. The prices are very reasonable and before I spend money at a big-box store I will support a small business any day all day. This is a well-established Sport Shop and they have been there for over 30 years. Stop in and im sure you will not be disappointed.

The selection is great and the staff are so knowledgeable and helpful. They treat the customers with respect and courtesy and could not have been more accommodating.

I live about an hour away but will come here for all my biking needs. It’s a true pleasure to shop here and SO worth the drive!

I highly recommend this shop. I bought my son a bike, my daughter a snowboard and bindings. I left my sons snowboard to be tuned up. Everything i needed was there, beyond my expectations. The staff is knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They carry excellent products and the pricing is on point. I was so impressed with the customer service I received. There are items such as the ones this shop sells you do not want to order on Amazon, you need to see, try out, and be sure you are buying what it is you need. Top notch customer service from Mike! I upgraded my ski gear this year and was very apprehensive. Boot comfort was the number one contributing factor that initiated the search for new gear. Mike was so easy to work with and super patient with me as I tried on numerous pairs of boots. He set me up not only with an incredibly comfortable pair of ski boots, he built an entire set for me including skis and poles within my price range. If you are looking for knowledgeable and kind ski gear experts, look no further.

Wow thank you so much Action Sports! We were camping at Hammonasset Beach State Park and my little guy had a crash that bent his chain ring disk and was in terrible distress. They quickly hammered it straight and put it all the parts together again. Best part they did it all for free!
