I purchased skis for my daughter on Tuesday the 24th, in the order I filled out delivery instructions to send the skis to Wisconsin where we will arrive on 12/28. In the memo filed under the order I provided information that I live in Chicago and if they can deliver it prior to 28th to send it to Chicago. Well, as of 12/26 I have skis in my home in Chicago 🙂
I was very pleased with the service and execution, and I will tell this story to my friends as this company well exceeded my expectation

Whole staff is so friendly! I was helped by Bill and he is awesome! I didn’t catch the name of the other 2 guys but they were also friendly and so informative! Bill you are awesome thank you so much for going above and beyond! He really thinks about customers!! I was getting my first electric bike, and I forgot to ask about a kick stand so I was going to when picking up the bike and when we got back there he already had one specially for my bike and he told me he was thinking that I may want one since these bikes are so heavy! Thank you again!! ?

Honest People!! I went to Suburban with the intention of replacing my ski boots with a new pair because the right boot was causing me a lot of pain. The boot fitter, Dave was extremely knowledgeable and suggested that we expand the inside of my boot to give my foot more room. He did this and the boot felt much better and will hopefully feel better on the slopes. I really appreciated that he was honest and took the time to fix the boots that I already own instead of trying to sell me a new pair that could've easily cost from $5-800 dollars.
Honesty creates loyal customers and I'm now a loyal Suburban customer!!

Great bikes
Customer service was great and their bikes are reliable.Would definitely go back.The bike I bought is amazing and has not had any problems. I have been using it for about 4 miles a day and it rides so smooth.

I scheduled a boot fitting appointment online and Paul was friendly, knowledgeable & helpful in finding a suitable pair of ski boots for my wide feet, and heat-molding the boot liners.

I visited Suburban Sports last Tuesday with a couple objectives...
I needed a boot adjustment and to look at new skis. Dave, checked out my boots and feet. He listened carefully as I explained what the problem was with the new lump on the side of my foot. He pinpointed the area on the side of my foot that was being impacted, then worked on the shell to make room. He nailed it. I skied the next day with full control and and no pain.

After talking thru my ski style and ski terrain habits, Dave made recommendations for several skis. I rented one of the recommendations from their performance demo inventory. Had a great day on them and will look forward to trying others in the future.

Nice shop, kind staff, but I went here for a tubeless tire install on my bike and it didn’t go well. The first time it was flat before I got home. So I brought it back and left it over night. Second time, same story. Really frustrating as I took the bike with me to Montenegro for riding and now I’m stuck with a leaky tire and no bike shop within 5 hours driving.
