I was so impressed by everyone at Leisuretime. The process of trying on and buying ski boots takes quite a while, and it should. I hadn't bought boots in a long time and I was glad that they went to such trouble to measure my feet carefully, and ask about my skiing abilities. They didn't get bored with me, and actually encouraged me to try on at least 4 different boots. I'm so glad they did because now they have a customer forever!
They are kind, understanding and patient! And I found a great pair of boots!

This review is based upon tuning only. Recently paid 180.00 to have two snowboards tuned. This past weekend used them with another family member and both were so sticky on the snow. It wasn’t till after lunch the boards lost some of the wax and were at least somewhat decent. Further, should have mentioned to staff the edges did not appear sharp when picked up. They might be knowledgeable with sales but don’t use tune shop.

Went here to get season rentals for my son today. Everyone there were super friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful shop, packed full of all the winter gear you'll need this winter. Highly suggest coming here for all your skiing and boarding needs!!

Went in to buy and be fit for ski boots. Was a walk-in on a weekday morning. Immediately was greeted by a store rep, and then led upstairs to be helped by Scott who helped me for as long as it took to ensure we found the right boot fit for me.

Scott was patient, never made me feel rushed, pleasant, and super knowledgeable about the end result we were trying to reach with the boot fitting.

Had a great experience overall and learned more about skiing and skiwear than I knew going in which I felt really good about.

Just bought a spa! I was looking for chemicals and some guidance. A big box store could not give me the level of service Leisuretime offers. They were able to test my water on premises and give me a print out of what I needed to balance my water so it was safe for us to use. As a bonus they are also a ski and snow board shop. It is a family owned and operated business and everyone there was very pleasant. Obviously I will be returning and also referring them .

Got the spa delivered this week and electrcian came and hooked it up, i filled it but it kept tripping the breaker.
Day 2, i called Leisure time in the morning and they sent someone out SAME day. He quickly figured out that it was not wired correctly and fixed it in 10 minutes. Then he gave me a once over on how to operate the cotrols and left with the hot tub up and warming up.
Day 3 i got a once over on the chemicals i needed to add to set up and called over to make sure I was doing everything correct, they talked me through it. That evening we hit the hot tub and it was fantastic . More comfortable and way more powerful than our last one. They are coming out next week for courtesy check to make sure the water is set correctly and every thing is going well.
So glad I choose both this hot-tub and Leisure time as my dealer.
