This particular stores customer service was amazing . I was from out of town and had a faulty boot with me. I showed them the receipt, and how the boot wasn't that old. They pointed out how it was defective and replaced it for me. I'm very grateful for their staff and their knowledge.

Terrible customer service. I ordered some carhartt clothing for my boyfriend for Christmas. Their delivery driver stole my package. I was told I would get replacement items and my order would be expedited. It has been a full week and no one knows anything regarding my expedited package and when it would arrive. One manager states they’ve informed their leader, but still no communication with me about what’s going on. Never again will I shop here. Very unprofessional and slow service. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
