I came in very late approximately min before closing. Mike greeted me and was very attentive to my concerns needs and questions. Additionally, he gave me time to try on multiple shoes and gave me time to make smart choices. Ultimately, I left feeling like I made a great choice and received amazing customer service! The store was clean well laid out and bright. Every customer who came in was greeted and was given attention. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Waited 15 minutes, was told I wasn’t standing on the machine right and it wouldn’t work, employee was rude and annoyed I had skinny jeans on that would not pull up further for his mandatory foot scan. I’ve never been made so uncomfortable or wasted so much time. Be aware they will not allow you to just try on a pair of shoes. I knew I wanted a pair of hokas and should have just gone to Nordstrom where they are not so rude and don’t put you through a hamster wheel to sell their inserts.

Be advised you can’t go and just try on a pair of shoes. I should have just gone to Nordstrom, lesson learned.

Buyer Beware! This store will not refund to your original form of payment- they will only give you a store credit. I bought three pairs of New Balance shoes for my 93 year old father to try on- I wanted to return one- he kept two. Adamantly refused to refund my purchase of $175.00- gift card only. Didn’t bother to inform me of this egregious store policy when I was buying, mind you. It’s four days after Christmas. Can you imagine how many disillusioned customers they must have this holiday season?

What a great store! Fernanda helped me with several foot scans and found my ankles were rolling inward because of my arch. I tried on shoes and was able to run on the treadmill which was helpful to see how comfortable they are! Fernanda was super helpful with selecting shoes, socks, and insoles! I highly recommend the custom insoles fit to your feet! Will be shopping here from now on! Going to run a half marathon this year!

Top notch running shoe store. Pay a premium but you get the best selection, no BS. They’ll measure your stance and gate and recommend the ‘right’ shoe. Go here when ever in need new running shoes. Great place located right in DT WeHa.

Brian (and the whole staff there) are fantastic. Very helpful and super polite and patient. Absolutely would recommend for anyone who's looking to improve their running game or just needs help with finding a better fitting shoe.

Overall Fleet Feet is a great establishment for running shoe recommendations and out of all the times I’ve gone, it’s usually no problems. However, I unfortunately had a less than desired experience recently.

I was interested in trying on the Asics Novablasts, but the older gentleman helping me brought me the wrong shoe, it was the gel nimbus. Then, he asked me what my color preferences were (he realized he forgot to ask me). I told him I prefer vibrant colors and that I think that these may be the wrong shoes. He realized they weren't the Novablasts and came back with two new boxes.

One of the colors was black so I politely declined those ones, but then he replied that it’s not black, referring to the purple accent colors (which were still dark) and that “lifestyle” colors were more popular, so it’s impossible to find the brighter colors I like. I understand that it was probably just small talk, but it was still a very awkward exchange.

I opted for the other box he got which were blue and when I tried them on side by side to compare with the initial gel nimbus, I was confused because they felt the same. After conversing that I wasn’t too fond of that color either and that I’d explore the options more online, he let me take a picture of the box and that’s when I saw they were the gel nimbus AGAIN. I didn’t have the heart or mental power to correct him again and just left the store without ever trying on the shoes I wanted or purchasing anything.

I generally have a great experience here, but I left feeling kinda awkward and overwhelmed. Fleet Feet is a great place overall, but this one visit was rather negative.
