All they care about is their commission. The hell with you. I bought a house Doreen Polanco was my agent. The house was sinking, dry zone had to jack the whole house up costing over $100,000. And the house also did not have a certificate of occupancy. It has been a night mare.

Mike Towe recently helped me sell my home for a divorce settlement. I have been out of the country since they closed the borders due to Covid and needed to sell my house as quickly as possible, however it needed to have repairs done and be prepped before it could be listed. Trying to coordinate repairs, making sure the house is cleaned out, and getting it ready to sell is a tremendous task in itself, but doing it alone from another country is practically impossible and extremely stressful.
