Linda the store associate was very friendly and helpful. I was there with an eighty year old legally blind gentleman,, who needed some comfortable slip on shoes. She was patient and empathetic. Prices were cheaper than other places also. Thank you !!!.

Horrible! They only put one shoe in each box, basically calling everyone a thief. But they will leave the front of the store completely unattended while the cashier fetches the other shoe in the back room. Took almost 10 minutes for her to come back, not another employee to ve found while the line forms. What are you dating about your customers when you create this experience for each one?

Employees are not helpful, did not want to listen to what the prices were supposed to ring up. Caught an attitude and got huffy because she was wrong when I showed her where the price was. Noone was friendly or even acted like they wanted to be there. Prices are decent but with customer service like that, it doesnt help!

I was shopping for my 2 kids today and stopped in. very little customer service like all other reviews state. So i was not greeted upon arriving. Shopped the whole time about a hour with no one checking if I needed help. Opinion is shoes are great and price but customer service lacks even with that I would return to shop the deals.

Good selection of mens and womens shoes. Children sizes seems a hit or miss probably due to over shopping is my guess. Thia is the only quality shoe store in Seaford. You'd have to go to Salidbury. Definitely worth stopping by if you're looking for name brand shoes that are reasonably priced.
