Staff was eager help, I was greeted right upon entrance! Nice deals going on for the holiday and the store was very clean and smelled great.

Good customer service by employees. I was even able to communicate in Spanish, they advised me to get an extra 10% discount on my purchase.
On the other hand, the store is small and there is less variety and stock than in other stores of the brand.

I visited this location on a busy weekend day. The staff greeted you immediately upon entering the store. They're friendly and very helpful.

Having previously owned a North Face jacket and being well versed with the brands durable design and water-resistant fabric ensuring that you stay warm and dry during any winter outdoor activity, I was searching for a wind and waterproof knee-length coat.

I tried on two coats, and the staff member even checked the back stock area to find the correct size. We were unable to locate my size, so the staff member suggested the online store. The in-store trip was worth the visit to experience the true fit of the jacket. And if you're a bit of a winter adventurer, or you just want to stay warm, you'll be happy to know that the coats are also insulated.

I went to the north face store in the Christiana mall. any time i touched An item a employee asked me if i needed Help . I continued to tell them im just browsing even though each employee already heard me tell the last employee that i was Browsing.. very annoying not being able to just shop with out being continually bothered. I wanted to utilize the sale they had but ended up Just walking out. I’ll be doing all online shopping with the north face moving forward

Ship to store called to confirm. Entered store female greeter asks for my name to get the package. Doesn’t write it down asks again says OK and disappears in the back for five minutes. Comes back out. What was the name again? I spell it. Goes in the back. Five minutes later, a different female comes out and asks me for my name and I explain I called ahead and they said they found the package. She disappears for five minutes. Then the guy that I spoke to on the phone who is walking around the store listening and watching, knowing what the deal is but just being an unhelpful queen, finally goes to the back and gets the box and comes back—here it is. I can’t wait for robots to replace humans. The box was opened. Avoid this place unless you like inept humans. Oh and the lighting is awful, sidenote to corporate.

While shopping, I could over hear, who I would soon come to find out was a manager (Gabby?) cursing openly on the sales floor. I also noticed she was watching me aggressively which made me uncomfortable. Being as I am a manager for another company, I felt this was completely unprofessional. Managerialism goes with professionalism which was the opposite of what I had observed. I had an awful experience with this employee which resulted in me deciding to not giving my business to them. 0/5 stars if I could. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store. Highly recommend finding new management.

I am a teacher of the visually impaired, and I was taking one of my students on a shopping trip for him to buy a Mother's Day present for none other. Mr. Brian was very helpful in finding what my student wanted and guiding him throughout the checkout process. Mr. Brian deserves a raise.

I have been to North Face several times in the last few weeks utilizing my health care discount. The store is extremely well staffed with knowledgeable, professional and friendly sales reps. The store is set up for easy browsing and check out is quick and accurate. I love, love, love this store and their personnel. Thank you North Face!
