Francesco, I want you to understand how unprofessional and disappointing my experience was at your store today. You assured me my shoes would be ready by Saturday after noon, and I trusted your word. Instead, my family and I were left waiting until the end of the day due to your failure to honor that commitment.

What made it worse was your dismissive attitude and rude tone over the phone. Rather than taking responsibility or offering a sincere apology, you made excuses about being busy, hung up on me, and then had the audacity to say to my family if we leave a bad review you were going to label it as defamation.

A simple gesture like a discount or offering to deliver the shoes would have gone a long way in making this right. Instead, your actions showed a complete lack of respect for your customers and their time. I won’t be returning, and neither will others if you continue with the same attitude. Make sure to add improving your professionalism and customer service to your New Year’s resolutions.

I got a brand new biker style stingray, wallet, and I wanted to add snaps and a chain. The gentleman is extremely professional and knows what he’s doing. Prices are correct and definitely not looking to gouge anybody. If you have any leather repair shoe repair I would definitely go there.
