The most beautiful park you need to visit in Jacksonville. You don’t have to get out of the car, just drive the car all around the park.

Great hiking place. Very cool and neat trail. There are more trails than what is shown on Strava or All Trails. Trail connects from here to Kings Plantation. Is a good trail to spend couple of hours and then sit and relax by the riverside. I was able to see some beautiful peacocks.

Normally I'd give 5stars, but this is clearly an unmarked obstacle permanently blocking the trail . Could someone make a boardwalk for this section a little over a mile in. Otherwise you might think of more drainage near the road than the tube shown here.

A friend and I did the 3 mile hike on the Fort George trail and had a marvelous time. There was so much to see! And there was TERRAIN! A bunch of slight hills sprinkled throughout as well as some shell mounds. Beautiful views of the water along the way, and all sorts of intriguing plants. The trailhead is a bit hard to find and not well marked. Park at the Ribault Club parking lot, then walk across the adjacent open field and then you'll see the trailhead signs. A very enjoyable 3 mile loop.

I'm from the woods and currently live in this city. This is where I go when I'm short on time but need the peace of the woods and no traffic noise. There are a few hiking trails and it's peaceful unlike I 295

I’m always looking for a nice location to photograph when I’m traveling, and this was a great one. Not only because of the different subjects you will fine to shoot but for the whole dirty road and Spanish trees you have to go through to get there experience!

We spent a few hours hiking the trail here. Nice wide trail. Mix of sand and dirt. Well maintained trail. Plenty of canopy to provide shade. Had our dogs with us.
Careful did find a tick on one of the dogs.
Bring bug spray.
Parking available at tour spot 4 or at the Ribault Club visitor center. Kingsley Plantation was closed.

Having Jax Boat Rentals with Capt French was amazing. Though nobody can really predict weather. Chris owner of Jax Boat Rentals said he talked to Mother Nature that morning and his request was answered.
Chris and Capt French did everything. Getting us in shallow water for the island to let kids play as well as making sure doesn’t get stuck on sand bar. You just can’t beat quality service and wanting to exceed your expectation. But they did. Well worth doing business with them. Let them spoil you while you do everything on a boat and island you wish. They cover all the work while everyone forgets about everything and just having fun.
