One of my coworkers very highly recommended his boots and that's what brought me to this store. The boots that had me drive an hour to Pensacola, are the Exos Lite 2435. I saw they had physical stores and learned they check your gait, foot width and etc too. How cool is that! I was helped by a store associate named Melissa. She patiently explained and answered all questions about the boots. 5 stars all across for my first pair of Red Wing boots!

Will update later about the quality of the boots, wear and tear, pros and cons in about 3 months.

My brother recently bought a pair of boots from the store and only had positive things to say. I purchased a pair as well and had a great experience. Landon presented a few different pairs and narrowed down the perfect one to accommodate my needs for carpentry. It was the easiest experience in a field that can be overwhelming with the amount of options available. Great from the moment I walked in. Melissa helped me and was fantastic. I was really impressed with the foot and gait diagnostic they preform. Way better info that just a Brannock measurement. You even get a copy of the break down sent to your email. They had the boot I was looking for in stock and perfectly sized. She recommend an insole based on my stride results and it is even better than the one I already use. Beyond just helpful, her personality, product knowledge and genuine love for heritage style boots made for a great personable experience. So glad I was able to go to a brick and mortar store. I walked out wearing exactly what I wanted in the right size on the first try. Thank you again for all your help Melissa.

Sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a company voucher and the experience was stress free. Could not of asked for a better experience. No other boots for me other than Red Wing. Always will shop at actual Red Wing store and not some generic retail store that just sales your product.

I have nothing but good praise for Landon that works there. Made him grab a few pairs to make sure I got the ones I wanted most. I worked him like a dog yet he remained professional and informative. Will be coming back when these boots meet their expiration (hopefully not anytime soon!)
