I purchased shoes at this location many times, Patricia, has been very helpful, and kind, with excellent customer service.
Patricia went above and beyond, what would normally be expected, thank you!!!
I ordered a different size, and when they came in, they didn’t fit as well, as the ones they stocked.. Patricia, told me, to keep the ones I originally purchased, as they fit better.
I travel 30 miles to shop there, the shoes are the best, and so is the staff!!!

I have purchased shoes from SAS Shoes outlet store before. They are the most comfortable shoes that I have had in a long time. This time I replaced an old pair and purchased a second pair in a different style. I use orthotics and they have several lines that are able to use them in. The staff at the store is knowledgeable and very helpful. They did not have my size in one of the styles that I wanted so they ordered it from the factory and it was delivered in less than a week. Very nice people with a top of the line product.

I have a very narrow foot. It was so nice to walk into a store that did NOT try to sell me a medium width! The sales lady listened to me, measured my foot, acknowledged it being very narrow and brought four styles for me to try on. I purchased a pair of sandals. They feel like I am walking on a cloud.
It was a wonderful shopping experience and I highly recommend this store.

SAS Shoes are amazingly soft. This store carries an excellent variety of full shoes and sandals. They are worth every penny. I've never had any issues with trying on shoes and the actual sales people are very nice. I'm not sure why the other people had issues but I never have and they've been super nice to me and helpful. I almost forgot to mention this. These shoes are made in America. They may be more expensive but they last. I've had their relaxed sandal last over five years. I just rinse the bed off and clean it and let it dry. The cost involved is that this is one of the few U.S. manufacturers available here in the states.

I went into the SAS store located at the Prime Outlet Mall, located in Ellenton, FL. I was accompanied by my 93 year mother who was there to get a pair of shoes. My mother has difficulty walking so I walk with her to steady her. We sat down and the salesperson (white) a little more then middle aged, the other salesperson was Hispanic, was helping her. My mother is a bit frail so I walk with her and help her if and when she needs it. While we were sitting down and my Mom was trying on shoes, this sales person had the gull, the nerve, to turn to me and say that I should not interfere ! How dare a complete stranger, who doesn't know my mother or myself, make such a statement. Your salesperson is there to sell shoes not to say things to customers that SHE knows NOTHING about, period! How dare your employee make such a statement to anyone. My spoke to my mother about this and she was as upset as I was.

I was so pleased with the service. Since I wear afo's it is difficult to find shoes that fit and are comfortable. Sue at this store was so helpful and gracious that I left there a happy customer. I would recommend this store and product to everyone.
