A REAL shoe store and Shoe Repair...just like when I was a kid and that's a long time ago. It even smelled the same. Made my old loved shoes new again. Can't say enough...fair prices, quality repair work, good service and new good quality shoes to buy. It will be worth your time to visit Lombardo's!

They were patient, never stop trying to find the right fit and style for my family member,who was very difficult to fit.
After taking home the shoe and decided it wasn't right for her,she returned it and they exchange,without any hassel,will definately do business with Lombardo's again,pleasant staff,lots of merchandise to choose from

Delightful kind and compassionate Chris was. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service!!!! Oofos sandals that my mom turned me onto a few years ago. I broke them and immediately needed a replacement. They were Johnny on the spot with lots of different options and colors. Thank you thank you!

Lombardo’s is an A++++ business!
They always do a great job, they are honest and most recently I had some army veteran patches sewn on two hats and they so graciously said “No charge” and thank him for his service!

Excellent repair and they sell the best shoes as well. Can’t believe how they address my alterations to comply with my leg brace. Kind courtesy and reasonably priced. Very pleasant people who are well confident. Hope they never go away

Wonderful staff. Very attentive to your individual issues and needs. Always very happy to do repairs on tough goods. Over the last several years, they’ve been able to do expert repairs on backpack zippers, leather belts, broken plastic clasps on Fanny packs, as well as shoe repairs! So happy to have access to such a versatile set of repair capabilities!

Drove an hour from Gainesville to see Giuseppe (Joseph) - well worth the drive. He did a great job on my Allen Edmonds loafers, installing insoles for a more appropriate fit as well as these beautifully installed inlaid metal toe taps.

I’ll be taking all my shoes to Lomardo’s from now on!
