BEWARE! ⚠️ DISHONEST & SLOPPY. Took sandals to be fixed back to their platform after wearing only once and tripping that caused it to separate slightly. Today they were given back still separating, when I pointed it out he added more "special glue" (super glue) and got it all over the side of the shoe when I tried to pull it off he told me not to, then proceeded to spray paint them getting overspray black on other parts of the shoe as well. He precharged over $20 for this. I asked him why he didn't just tell me he couldn't fix them in the first place, he just stayed deadpan no answer. No apology no refund. Take the shoes you love elsewhere because this is not an honest business.

Hello, this is family of John, the mall will be closing at the end of January 2025. Sadly the store will be closing at that time. At this time we are unsure if we will be reopening in another location. Please check back with an update.

First he charges u the $14 upfront. He was to replace the rubber tip of the heal. In the process, he ripped the fabric of both shoes. When I brought it to his attention, he said they were like that. Why would I have the tip of the heel of 1 shoe repaired if both heels had the fabric ripped. Mia culpa, I should have looked at his reviews first. It’s repulsive that someone lie like that. Could have said the truth. What was I to do? Call the cops. Not. Do not go to his shop! You’ll regret it like me.

I had four pairs of suit pants hemmed here recently, and they were professionally done! This is the only place we've been coming to since 1998, and we've never been disappointed in the quality of the work. Reasonable rates and timelines, highly recommend.

I recently went to have my husband’s suit altered/tailored and the customer service alone is a 10000/10. The lady who does the alterations is SO sweet, and you can tell she knows what she’s doing. The prices are reasonable and they have your stuff done in a timely manner. I will definitely be letting all my friends and family know about this place, and bringing all my stuff to them from now on.

I needed the soles of a pair of shoes that I love and wear a lot replaced. I planned on taking them with me traveling because they are so comfortable. I was leaving in 2 days and sure I would not find anyone to accommodate such short notice.
I called John's Heal and Sew at 1pm to drop them off for repair. I was told they would have them ready for pick up the next day at 11am.
I picked them up and they were perfectly repaired. Beautiful thick soles as they had been once before.
Great work and very accommodating.
I will return for any future shoe repair needs
