I went into Fleet Feet just on my own and got excellent service. They reviewed my feet analysis with me and this was amazing. Turns out l was wearing a half size smaller and a regular shoe fit. Lady explained everything to me and l walked out of store with a beautiful pair of Hoka running shoes that l love. They are like walking on clouds. I would highly recommend that you give this store a try. I was amazed at their excellent service.

Never heard of this store before so I wasn’t sure what I was walking into. Customer service was great they really treat everyone equally and work with you to find your perfect Cinderella fit. I desperately needed new work shoes being on my feet. I connected with Adriana was able to talk to her easily about my concerns and she explained everything to me and educated me without making me feel stupid. The whole atmosphere was like this everyone seemed happy and it was fun seeing everyone being helped promptly. I was worried I’d be pushed to buy a pair like how some stores push their employees to make a sale but I genuinely felt helped and guided rather than pressured and pushed. Love this place!!! Would recommend to everyone and anyone that wears shoes!

My Podiatrist recommended this store. I was warmly and promptly greeted. This store is a 10+. The clerk was wonderful, knowledgeable, explained everything, was professional and very patient and helpful. Secondly, I was well fitted for my sneakers and the problems I was trying to address. The sneakers are by far the best, most comfortable sneakers I have ever had. My clerk also explained about the importance of the correct socks and she was absolutely correct. The socks I purchased are great. I would not hesitate to recommend this store. I am completely happy and will return again.

Fleet Feet in The Villages is amazing! Taylor and the crew were incredibly patient and helpful as I tried on several pairs of shoes, learning I actually needed a size half a size larger than I had been wearing. They made me feel completely at ease, even as I fumbled around like a total newbie in my new, better-fitting shoes. Their expertise and friendly guidance made the whole experience fantastic. I truly appreciate all their help and highly recommend this store to everyone looking for top-notch service and the perfect fit!

I felt taken care of the minute I walked through the door. Foot measurements were taken, then I tried different walking sneakers that my podiatrist had said I should get. I tried different pairs on each foot at the same time. Picked out a great pair! Then, my husband went through the same professional treatment and he found a great pair too. Very pleased with how she was not pushy to make a sale. Very comfy atmosphere.

I was having problems walking with a painful bone spur on my heel and also I'm awaiting a knee replacement. I found my sales person to be very knowledgeable, informative, professional and not pushy. I was given several shoes to test walk in the store and found one that worked for my situation. This is not a quick process as they began by asking me a lot of questions about my type of activity and then put me on a foot computer scanner which gave an unbelievable amount of information regarding the correct shoe. I am very happy with my purchase and can finally walk without as much pain. If you are looking for cheap activity shoes then this isn't the store for you but if you are looking for professional shoe experts who will spend time to get the correct shoe, then this is the place.

I have purchased shoes from Fleet Feet at two separate times. Each time the staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They have a nice selection of quality shoes (Brooks is my personal favorite). I have been completely satisfied with each of my shopping experiences there and will continue to take my business there.

Great customer service by their very knowledgeable staff. I never feel rushed when I purchase my new running shoes from them. They also have a very good return policy if your new shoes don't workout for any reason.
