Very nice store! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The fellow helping me brought out many boots for me to try on so I could find the exact fit I wanted. They have a great selection of sizes in-store. I already own two pairs of Danner boots and they are the best boots ever. It’s a good thing I live hundreds of miles away; otherwise I would go there all the time and buy ALLLLLLL of them.

Let’s just start with the staff. Emily was fabulous and was a help from the moment I walked in. There were two customers and only one of her. I found it a real testament to her customer service that neither of us felt ignored.

The staff are knowledgeable and want you to find the right style for your needs. They know what their shoes are good for and what they aren’t. Wonderful expectation setting that puts the customer first and it made me feel even more comfortable with my decision.

Oh and another favorite part of the store: an incline and stair to let you test the grip and fit of your shoe as they would feel on the trail.

Fantastic service!! If you are in the market for some great footwear this store is a must visit! I have always wanted a pair of Danner Mountain Lights but I never had the opportunity to try them on in person. Over the last year, I searched all over the North Eastern US to get my hands on a pair(I live in CT), but no luck with all of the outdoor and mountaineering stores near me. So on my trip to Denver I was very excited to find out that there was an actual Danner store here, rather than just going somewhere that might have one or two models to try on. The store is fantastic and the staff is even better! As soon as I walked in the store I was greeted by Charlotte and Zach who were both very friendly! As they learned more about why I was there, it felt like I had known them for years! Charlotte wasted no time, and we dialed in what size and model would suit me and my feet the best! Zach also helped me out with some technical advice while Charlotte was grabbing other models for me. I highly recommend this store and their knowledgeable and friendly staff, and if you stop down for the first time… tell ‘em Frank from Connecticut sent ya!! ?

Purchased some Danner work boots over a month ago and have loved them since until the composite toe started pushing down on my foot, causing pain. I took the boots back to the store and let them know what was going on and they gave me a new pair! Staff is helpful and great, highly recommend this Danner shop

The store was immaculate, Jack was very friendly and took the time to help me figure out the best boot for my needs.

I never felt rushed and I couldn’t be happier with the boots I got.

Great customer service!

I went in a few weeks ago wearing a well worn pair of Mountain 600 (not leaf) and was immediately helped with any questions I had.

Knowing that the Mountain 600 Leaf is recraftable I had a lot of questions about them, as well as Mountain Light II. Both customer service representatives were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Charlotte was very friendly and even said she enjoyed answering questions. What really surprised me was not only the lack of pressure to buy anything, but also the honesty when they informed me that the Mountain 600 (not leaf) may eventually be recraftable as well. Charlotte reiterated not to throw them away.

Because my old pair of Mountain 600 may eventually be recraftable, I wanted time to consider other options and looked at the Mountain Light IIs. I did not purchase anything, yet I left feeling satisfied with the experience but still wanting a new pair of boots. For several weeks I've been reading about various recraftable Danner boots and have pretty much decided between Mountain 600 Leaf and the classic, durable, yet heavy, Mountain Light II.

Today my phone's advertising algorithms worked and suggested an article about recraftable boots. It was then I learned about the Mountain 600 Evo. It seemed like exactly what I was looking for: hiker (with shank), acceptable color choice, considerably lighter than the classic Mountain Light II, but more supportive than the Mountain 600 Leaf, and my favorite aspect... recraftable.

I called the store and asked if they had the Mountain Evo in stock. Jeffery said they did not, but immediately began mentally troubleshooting how I might still use the coupon I had by ordering online. I explained to him much of what I've mentioned above. He took my size, color, and phone number and said they'd call me when they get them in a couple weeks.

Thank you to Charlotte and Jeffrey! Looking forward to coming and getting my new pair of Danner Mountain Evo.

The store called me saying they have the Mountain 600 reserved in 2 sizes for me to try. I went to the store a few days later and everything about the experience was top notch. I bought the Mountain 600 Evo and some boot dressing.

A few weeks later I planned to condition them, but looking at the jar of conditioner, I was confused, because it said "not for use on nubuc or suede." I just called the store again, and Charlotte gladly and knowledgeably answered all of my questions. Apparently the Mountain 600 Evo are full grain leather, and the Danner boot dressing they sold me is good.

I really like the boots (although, I haven't had much chance to break them in).

I'm extremely satisfied with the buying experience.

These guys are AMAZING!!!! Charlotte and Jeffrey were fantastic, showed me all the options and what boots would do better for what things. The sadly did not have the size and color I needed, but they did a work-around to get the right boots out to me! I am so excited to get my new Danner boots and I am so blown away by the AMAZING customer service at the Denver Danner store. I was looking for a boot for a wilderness EMT course and ended up going with the (women's) rainforest. So exciting to have a hiking boot that can get me through any sort of terrain and also looks nice enough to wear in a hospital.
Also, this store was very pretty/modern and had a ton of other fun things in store besides just boots. Good clothing that would go with your new boots 😉
I will say, it would be awesome if Danner supplied the Denver store with more work boots... It's been hard to find work boots for women and Danner really does have an awesome selection I just hope they are able to have more work type boots (especially for women!!) IN STORE and not just "pretty city people boots"

Figured I’d give Danner a try for some moc-toe work boots. Not impressed with how they held up over 8 months. The laces broke, sole started falling apart immediately, and some stitching came out just recently towards the upper part of the lacing causing the side of the boot to come apart. I had a one year warranty but apparently this store never put me in their system, so I’m SOL and need a new pair of boots now. 2 stars.
