Using Bremen Marine to repair my inboard boat has been the BEST experience I have ever had with anyone in the boat business. My boat wouldn't start and the owner of Bremen Marine, Sean Hughes, was AMAZING through the entire process! He came and picked up my boat the same day I called and fixed it (it wasn't anything too bad) and delivered it in very little time. He also talked with my wife and I about the boat which was so valuable as it is a used boat and you never know about what condition it is truly in. He reassured us and gave us some things to think about for the future. We were so pleased with their overall service and we will be customers for life now! Thanks Bremen Marine for your OUTSTANDING service!!!

We purchased our used boat from Bremen Marine almost 2 years ago. We had an issue that was covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Bremen picked up our boat for free, did the repair at no charge, then returned it to us all nice and clean, even the pontoons were bright and shiny! They did this to make up for any inconvenience. They always go above and beyond to make the customer happy!

Awful customer etiquette, very unprofessional staff. My father’s boat was there for over three weeks and when we called to ask the status of the repair, we were advised $100 to clean “ONLY” a particular spot for the repairman to work after years of spending money with the company. Money was not an issue but we wanted to know how much cleaning would be done for $100 so politely we asked out of curiosity. The unprofessional male stated utterly rudely, he didn’t have to explain anything and advised my father, an Army War Veteran to do it himself and to come get the boat yelling loudly. Service there is ridiculously horrible. Stay far away if customer etiquette and proper repair work is what you’re looking for when spending your hard earned money; it’s NOT there. I only rated 1 star because it was the lowest option and they’re not worth half of that.

9/19/18 - Reply to owner: It’s clearly obvious how you treat customers from the other reviews. Ppl should chose as they like but I just want to let them know like the other customers have stated how poor your service is. Of course a good review can be posted fictionally; that’s business. If you felt as if the boat that sits outside uncovered needed to be cleaned then you should have mentioned that 3 week’s ago and truly contacting customers with updates on what you’re doing; no contact made so that’s a LIE. It was no problem because money is NEVER an issue, apparently it is for you due to the fact you’re gouging customers for theirs and the services rendered are amateurish. NOT nice doing business with you and enjoy life. ✌?

This family owned and operated business is one of the best in the business. They can get you anything you need for your boat.
They have a huge Skeeter selection of clothes and hats. I have bought paint for an Evinrude and paint for a Mercury and even Yamaha here.
They sell oil for the different outboards. Their service department is super fast at fixing any issues I have had.
I highly recommend them for anything boat related.

My boat had caught on fire and this was the only place that could take it right away. Shawn was a upfront person and that made me respect him that was 2 weeks ago since then I bought another boat and he took it right in and told me upfront what he thought thank you Shawn. Hopefully I will see him soon to pick up my boat to go to the lake for vacation and afterwards maybe I can buy a motor from him because I he said it was a good used motor So for now I really like this place

I have never seen a place with such poor and HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. They want to take you for every penny you've got and they're DESPERATE. The wife (Dawn) does not have any people skills and is EXTREMELY rude. I would have given this place Zero stars if I could. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for anyone. Save your money and go to a more reputable boat dealer. Trust me, you won't regret doing so

Stay away from this place. These people will rip you off (Shawn and Dawn / Husband and wife). I took my boat here for a diagnostics regarding an idling issue. They wanted to charge almost $1000 for a job that costs less than $500. They kept on fattening a bill. Spark plugs were double the price than anywhere else ($150 vs $60-$75) for the 6 NGK plugs. They said someone else worked on my boat before we took it to them (Complete lie). I decided to take the boat to Bass Pro. Fuel splashed everyone in the face after trying to start it and wouldn't even start, Bass Pro said that had the fuel sparked, people could have died as result of an explosion because the fuel diaphragm was not put back to its original condition. This was not the condition that I brought the boat in, the boat was running but at high RPMs not showering people with fuel. Dawn - The Owner's wife who is (UNBELIEVABLY RUDE) has no business dealing with people nor does she have any human qualities. After Looking at other 1 star reviews about her, I now know why. THANK YOU Lord Aleem for your comment! Had I seen your review first, I would have never taken my boat to these crooks. I will be reaching out to the County and State DA to look into their shady business practices and to make sure no one gets hurt or scammed as a result of their actions. I would never recommend this place to anyone

Wonderful customer service. Impeccable service department. The staff is knowledgeable and patient. They have the most beautiful new boats. They have everything you need. The fishing weekends are fun to watch.
Highly recommend.
