Very friendly staff, they listened to my problems and scanned my feet for the problems that I was having and I wasn’t aware of those problems and helped me find the right shoe needed for my issues and wasn’t pressured into making a purchase.

They did help me out very nicely and I highly recommend this store

I bought On clouds in April and they hurt my feet. So I bought some white hokas for $155, they are falling apart on the bottom front on both shoes. I was not offered any kind of discount or replacement. I only wear these shoes at work and I am a nurse. They shouldn’t have fallen apart like this. I’ve talked highly about this store until this happened yesterday. I definitely will be buying my shoes elsewhere.

I’ve been looking for a pair of Hokas which my boss recommended. We work on our feet for 10 hr shifts and I have very hard to fit wide feet. I didn’t trust ordering a new brand of shoes online without trying them on. Finally found them at SoleRoots and I’m so glad I did.
Deborah was so knowledgeable and helpful finding exactly what I wanted and finding the perfect fit. Is he took the time to measure my feet and saw from the image exactly how I walk. This allowed her to find the best shoe for me.

The service provided was on par with similar stores in NYC. The salesman took the time to listen to my plans and goals and conducted a fitting to determine what shoes would work best for my feet and running goals. I was relieved I didn’t have to drive north of Atlanta to get help. They had in stock the shoes recommended and reviewed by “Runner’s World.”
