My water bill went from $20 to $1000 and nobody bothered to contact me about it. It was about 2 inches away from what they would take care of. Oh and I just got the bill for the next month another $750. You should really contact a homeowner if their bill goes up that much ?this is not my first second or third issue with this company. The credit they offer back is peanuts compared to the bill whenever the take their good old time to give you one. $1750 for water they steal from the earth is crazy.

Came to this location at 11am, paid my deposit to start my services. It is 11:34pm at night and my water still hasn’t been cut on. I was told it would be on my 8pm by the call center. Then I called the after hour number for emergencies round 10pm and a lady told me someone would be out to turn it on and they were calling an on call person but still nothing. Me and my children have not taken baths or ate dinner because of no water. I will definitely be down there tomorrow!!!!

I must say I’m impressed with the customer service of Jakeya and how she addressed my issue. For this to be my first experience with Clayton County Water Authority it was truly a blessing to have gotten Jakeya to assist me
