Amazing service from Bota and Kloard. After 6 hours of trying to get home; all trains were cancelled and I was stranded. They were the only Oxford taxi company that wanted to help. Super clean car and premium service. Thank you

Bota Taxis are an amazing family taxi and chauffeur company, providing such an excellent service.
They are always on time, very caring and professional and always take the time to check I have the necessities with me that I need.

Tissues, water and WiFi are also provided and the cars are well maintained and hygienic.

I very much recommend these guys to all!

Ever since i got to know the four brothers running the Bota Taxis i have been very impressed with their fantastic attitudes towards delivering an excellent customer sevice. Their Mercedes cars are very well kept, clean and comfortable.

Very professional drivers all four brothers, outstanding customer service, they went above and beyond our expectations helping us with everything we needed in order to make our journey the most confortable and pleasant, their cars are immaculate and WIFI is provided along with chargers and water, a nice plus! I would definitely, recommend their service to everyone.

I was very saddened last night by my interaction with Bota Taxis and I don’t think I will be using them anymore.

I attempted to prebook a 10-15 minute journey with them to Thornhill, a journey I have taken with them twice before. My text and my online booking went unanswered. I then called them (as I really needed confirmation of the booking), and I was told that “we don’t do short journeys.” However, this was a journey I have taken with them twice previously and their website clearly states that they will do journeys of any length! I told this to the dispatcher, and then he told me that there were no drivers available. Perhaps this was the case, but I would have appreciated a response when I contacted them initially, as I then had to scramble around to find another lift. So I am saddened that this company seems to have become unreliable.

Booked taxi from Headington to rail station. Prompt arrival, competitive price, luxurious car (Mercedes S class) and charming driver. Even gave us a free bottle if water for our journeys!
