I dropped my shoes off on Thursday Nov 21 to have the soles reglued.He stated he could fix them and to come back on that Saturday to pick them up.I show up on Saturday to pick them up and they not ready he said come get them on Monday..I show up on Monday to get them and they still weren't ready he says come back to get them the day before Thanksgiving on Wednesday. I didn't show up to get them on that day but I went to pick them up on Today December 3 and guess what they still weren't ready.He told me some excuses and said I could just take the shoes back.If you advertise yourself as a shoe repair business you should provide the service you advertise as well as provide good customer service. If you didn't want to fix the shoes or couldn't that should have been communicated and I would have went somewhere else..

Bullshit people , I gave them a luggage to stitch and they messes up whole luggage and make big holes all over the luggage .

I was referred to him by a colleague to have my favorite pair of brown dress shoes repaired and two bags with zippers being offline and he fixed them (although he misplaced one of my bags, he found it *exhales) but he assured me that if anything happens to bring them back so I'll be visiting him again. Great price too!

He made my work boots look brand new!!! They were worn and crooked, and I thought they were past the point of no return, but I decided to try and repair them. I am so glad I did. He rebuilt the worn places, put on new treads, and even shined them!! They look and feel better than they did when I bought them. I ca see why he's been on business for over 20 years. He's a miracle worker!! Definitely bring your leather to him, you won't regret it. Thank you!!

Do not take your business here. At Champion Shoe Repair, they do not do good work, or take responsibility for the things they mess up.

See my attached pictures. In addition to the buckling on the top of the toe of the left shoe, there is also a big scuff mark on the right shoe.

I was told these existed before they did their work. As I wear these shoes almost every day, I know this is not correct.

Last, instead of polishing the shoe before returning, somehow they took the shine off. Notice the full area on the right toe, these dull areas are all over both shoes.

Save yourself some trouble if you want your shoes repaired and shined correctly.

This is definitely my go to when it comes to shoe and luggage repair. Great work and quick turnaround. Keep in mind that it's cash only and repairs must be prepaid. The people who have a habit of dropping shoes off for repairs and not picking them up are the reason for this..

I am so glad I brought my 10 year old strappy sandals here for repair. Not only did he neatly glue the bottom back on but he secured the straps with tiny nails. The shoes fit perfectly!

I had a pair of black leather boots stripped and shined a month ago and the work was good. Lazarus invited me to come back again soon so I did. I came back to get navy blue leather pumps repaired and shined and was turned away. Lazarus said neither he nor any other shoe repair place uses blue polish? You know I was confused by that, but he looked at the damage on the heel rubbed over it with some black polish and told me he doesn’t repair blue shoes.
