I went by today to pick out a new pair of shoes. I bought my last pair of shoes here over 2 1/2 years ago. They have the best customer service here. The prices may be a little high but they carry good quality products. Today Tanner helped me find a pair of shoes. He was very kind and funny. I think I tried on maybe six or seven pairs. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I also found a very nice Carhartt jacket while I was there. Both my shoes and my jacket were on sale.

We went here for shoes for my mother. She needed extra support. The staff was incredibly friendly and really went the extra the mile to help her find what she needed. Large selection of shoes, some clothes, sunglasses, cups, and other items. Much bigger than it looked.

Well staffed, large selection. Was asked no less than 5 times if I was “finding everything okay” by friendly staff
Stopped by during the Tent Sale and scored a fantastic deal on some shoes for my son and myself

Many many years ago when I was 13 we lost our home in a fire. Everything was gone and I mean everything. I remember my dad took us to Smith & Davis to get a few clothing items since all we had were the clothes on our back. I don't know the details of how the store knew of our situation but what I do know is there was a man (I believe it was Mr Davis) up front when we went to check out. He refused to let my dad pay for anything! Of course my dad was grateful but still wanted to pay for the clothes. At the time we didn't have a lot and had just lost pretty much everything we did have. They would not let dad pay for anything and I believe he was told to get anything else our family may have needed. That has stuck with me all these years. It was amazing, even at 13, to see the kindness and generosity. I will remember that day and that kindness for as long as I live. Thank you to Smith & Davis for your kindness, caring and generosity!

There are two handicap parking spaces and many free parking spaces here. The store is well organized and clean. The employees are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products sold in this store. I went to their dedicated shoe department because I had orthopedic inserts. This is the only shoe department that carries wide shoes in my area. They also sell orthopedic inserts as well. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchases. Awesomeness in retail clothing and shoe sales.

Love the great service here and friendly shoe return policy of returning with refund even after wearing outside to get true feel. Reese, Kathryn, Ab rielle, Sydney and others met rock and are of great service representing this store well! Today Abriel took great time with patience in helping me sort out a shoe issue and find a Rockport I like. Kudos to her and rest here!
