Excellent service by staff. I had my feet measured with 3D scan and stride analysis. First pair of RW boots and insoles, so hopefully they hold their reputation.

2 months old and they look 3 years + old. All I’ve been doing is painting, and it looks like I’ve been hiking in the mountains, pouring concrete etc. These shoes are now made in China out of LOW QUALITY MATERIALS. The shoestrings didn’t even hold up and they’ve been double knotted. Nothing has cut them. The toe of the shoe started peeling off on the 3rd day . I’m irate. 175 dollars later…without the receipt because at one time… this used to be a trusted brand.

Incredibly awesome store I went down to get some conditioner for my boots in turns out the date take care with their boots for lifetime is a wonderful experience him to slouch now you fail condition for you I edit a buying some extra condition myself but awesome place to go to

Update 12/29/22: Nimitz location had sizes 11 and 11.5 with all three wide sizes. Must of been Xmas shipping holding them up last few times I went in. The team at Nimitz was 100% on point. Friendly and professional.
Redwings are top quality work boots. Many Made in USA choices. 6months and they still struggling with inventory for size 11 and wide sizes.

Great boots. Great post sale service. Bought another pair today, they looked up my records and the last pair I bought was five years ago. Those boots are not worn out, I just wanted another pair so I could leave them at my “out of town “ residence and I wouldn’t have to pack boots when I travel.
Years I have been a happy customer of Red Wing boots.

Been wearing Red Wing work shoes for over 20 years. The Nimitz store is the worst I've seen. Been there twice and got ignored both times. Now the $300 I was gonna drop there will go somewhere else. No Red Wings this year.

Update
I am happy with shoes I purchased elsewhere.

Went back to Redwing with a friend who needed to return a defective shoe he bought. What we learned is even if the shoes they sell you are defective, you are only allowed a return once in your lifetime.

After using his once in a lifetime return, he won't buy another pair from these clowns. Redwing lost two long time customers that day.

Went for a specific style that was not carried at this location. Chose another style, but that was not available in my size, so I settled on a third style. Happy with my shoes, but would have preferred more options.

Helpfull, friendly, knowledgeable, staff. Great boots I've owned three pairs of Redwing boots. Started wearing them in 1996 for wild fire Hot shot fires in Oregon.
