I wanted to send a BIG MAHALO to KEONI at the Aiea location for being very knowledgeable and attentive with helping my son find his track shoes today. so terrible with names. but the gentleman who went above and beyond to help me this afternoon
( brought multiple styles, brands, & sizes for me to try.) . never felt pressure to purchase. offered his personal professional opinion and preferences as well as factual info to help me make a decision. was also friendly and went out of his way to help give some pointers for my first race. thanks you guys and i’m so sorry i cant name drop the great service (name maybe started with an M.) anyways great customer service and i truly appreciate the professional and practical advise for recommendations. most definitely will be a returning customer and recommend this establishment to others. thanks again!!

The young man was very helpful and patient, allowed me to try on all the shoes I was interested in. He gave me space to look around before confirming my purchase.

All staff greeted me once I entered the store, which is nice because a few years ago (5+ years ) I first visited and I was never greeted and I stayed in the shop for a few minutes and no one came out from the back. Never came back until now.
This store was the only store I could find the Altra Escalate 4 with my size and with the great customer service I got this time around, I will continue to shop that this specific shop.

Big location but not much to offer inside. Had a couple pairs of running shoes but were mostly track and field shoes or women’s when I went, with very limited size runs. Thought would have a better selection to get my husband new running shoes.
