Rented from A to Z. Everyone was friendly, had good equipment, their prices were reasonable. Will be returning when I need more rental EQ.
I rented an auger in excellent condition.

Unfortunately, they are the only gig in town, and they know it. I would urge serious caution here. They don't offer equipment insurance like most rental places, and they said if it breaks on your watch, you pay for it. Well, heavy equipment breaks sometimes, even under normal use. And rental equipment in rocky terrain breaks regularly. So, you could be stuck with a hefty bill even if it is normal wear and tear... if they determine it so. When I tried to get the rep to explain how they determine that, they said they can tell by looking at it. LOL. Then he cut the conversation short when I asked how they can tell a broken bolt is not caused by normal wear and tear. I'm just going to drive to Ft Smith and rent from Home Depot where I can just buy insurance to avoid the potential drama.

I called two days ago to ask about a log splitter to use for a couple of days. I then called back the next day to reserve a splitter and asked when they opened. The guy on the phone both times sounded sullen and disinterested in speaking with me. I arrived on 11/03/23 at 7:30 to pick up the splitter, a towable unit. Try he employee behind the counter asked me where I was towing it to and I informed him it was to my house 40 miles away. He now tells me I can’t tow it that far as it has small tires on it. I had just driven an hour to get this thing and planned my day around using it. He said he would rent me a trailer to tow it with. This made zero since to me. A towable unit is intended to be towed and if it can’t be towed explain that to the customer before they drive an hour to rent it. The employee/owner was rude and acted like he didn’t give a damn about his customer service. I would not recommend renting from this business until they clean up their act and care about customer service.

You should give them a call. They're so helpful and friendly. I hung around for an extra 30 minutes. Just talking and making friends. That's my kind of business and my kind of people.
