Have only taken two jobs from this company 1 in 2015 and last in 2024. Both times were absolutely disastrous. The recruiters are like vultures that never come back with jobs matching current pay. Honestly a joke of a company. Only interested in getting positions filled and no longer matter when youre in the system. Do not trust recruiters THEY DO NOT CARE. Double check all your paperwork and insurance. If you get a job through them try to get hired on ASAP and tell your recruiter to kick rocks.

Really no loss for me. Didn’t care to work with me for my schedule due to having 1 vehicle, the shift they wanted me on would prevent me from having a ride. My husband works the same schedule, like the one they wanted me on! and he goes in an hour early mind you we have 1 vehicle! I ain’t getting him in trouble to bring me to a job that can’t keep people for no longer than a day lol. Their excuse for not helping me with my schedule is “the manager is strict” I’m guessing he rules the plant with fear?. I barely had a chance to explain the entire thing. But you can tell personal issues don’t matter, your just a number get here on our terms.
I tried to ask many times before the process what my schedule would be, all I got was “we don’t know yet”. How do you not know? Many temp agencies know right off the bat what your schedule will be and inform you beforehand. Another company where numbers matter & your last. So I’m guessing that’s why the turnover rate at Franklin Foods is massively high. And why this agency works with them only, other places probably got fed up working with Franklin to get temps. Nadia telling me before I started “well don’t waste my time” oh trust me you guys wasted my time for not working with me. The position either way will be open regardless due to turnover issues. From what I over heard from employees being there for half a day (got sent home my 1st day due to mechanical issues) & judging from Aerotek’s job search page as well as on Indeed.

I got an email from Mackenzie Cripe a recruiter lead telling me to contact them about a job I applied for. I called when I checked my email a couple hours after receiving it, she answered and I told her I'm calling in response to her email. And she immediately just said she can't hear me she'll call me back then hung up immediately, the lack of professionalism really bothered me. I then waited 10 minutes and called again, nothing. Called about 5 more times and it's just going to voice-mail now.

I’m not understanding the point of being a staffing agency, if no one’s gonna ever answer the phone! Nobody should have to drive up there in order to get into contact with someone, & not only that, when you do go up there all they do is hand you a card & say give this person a call. I’ve been with this company for 5 months & haven’t heard any jobs requests from them. They might as well shut the place down!!!

Tommy was my recruiter and the hiring Manager. He got me at a job which was awesome. I did get covid so i was out of work for a couple of weeks. Then unfortunately I was let go I still was feeling sick. When i got better. I reached out to Tommy to find me some new work. No response left him email And voicemail. I would think he could atleast send me an email saying he wouldn't be able to find me work but nothing.

The aerotek recruiters get paid a certain amount of money for every person they hire on that shows up for the first day. They will lie to you about how many hours you’ll get with certain companies to make the job sound better. They will also forget to pay you. Victoria always had an attitude & I tried reaching out to her about another job but she never responded so I would think my contract is terminated? Not sure

Worst company ever. My husband and I are trying ti get in contact with them for a job verification letter for his last day worked and nobody is answering . We’ve been calling since last month and no one answers. I have called corporate as well because this is ridiculous. Not everybody wants to drive all the way to the office when there are phone numbers we can call for something so simple. Not even his recruiter (Mackenzie Cripe) is not returning any calls or emails. So frustrating
