I took my friend to this store who needed help to find just the right shoe with support for her problem feet that had good traction for wearing in winter. The sales associate, Cole, was A GREAT HELP TO HER. He found her just the shoe she needed for comfort and support. They were even 20% off.
THANK YOU COLE for helping her today! We were both very pleased with our experience.

Brought my 88 year old dad in who has swelling of the feet from various health conditions. Cole was so knowledgeable, patient, and attentive to his needs. My dad walked out in his well fit, stylish new shoes and couldn’t be happier. He will be back for another pair soon.
Found out my father in-law also purchased shoes here and highly recommended you. Thank you for taking pride in what you do.

I visited this store last week and purchased a pair of slippers. I have also shopped several times over the past few years and the experience is always the same. Customer service is pompous and rude if their store rules are accidentally not followed, however the rules are not posted anywhere. Don’t try to open a box to look at a pair of shoes or you will promptly and demeaningly be corrected as it is not a ‘self-serve’ shopping experience. Service is confusing and lacking concern for the customer if you just happen to stop into the store without an appointment, which is frankly what most people do. I don’t appreciate being treated as if I’m a bother to the business so I will take my future shoe needs elsewhere. And I can predict with almost certainty that the owners will not care at all.

This is a really special place. Amazing product knowledge. Skilled, experienced service. I have never encountered such spectacular advice, guidance, and a thorough shoe fitting.

I had injured my foot which caused me to lose my favorite activities - long walks, tennis, cycling and golf. The staff guided me to orthotic inserts, a compression sock, and the correct shoes to help me prevent plantar fasciitis. Success! With their help, my pain is gone after several weeks of following their instructions. Frankly, the staff here is better than my (wonderful) doctor!

I loved my 1:1 appointment with Jeffrey, the Pedorthist, so much that I brought back my husband. Between the 2 of us, we bought 6 pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of orthotics, and have zero regrets. This is the first place we'll go next time we need shoes.

Today I brought my friend who has Parkinson's, who had given up on finding shoes for herself. She practically danced out of there with 2 pairs she adores. Not only are they appropriate for her gait, they give her comfort, security, confidence and she loves the way she looks again.

Some reviewers have mentioned price. This is not a discount self-serve shoe store. This is a full serve, locally owned business who offers you a lost art - a terrific shoe fit. They are trying to problem solve with you, listen to your needs, pair you with the right shoes for your particular situation. I'd much rather pay a fair price for a correctly fitting shoe than waste my money at some bargain or online retailer where I risk a regrettable purchase.

Jeffrey and the staff truly changed my life. I didn't know I was wearing the wrong size shoe - nobody has measured my foot in decades. I didn't know how the shape of my foot affects how I fit into this brand and not that brand. I didn't know how much an orthotic insert would boost my energy on longer walks. It saddens me to read the underwhelming reviews, because it's completely counter to my own experience. Too many people are price obsessed today; you are getting stellar service here at a fair price. I have never encountered another shoe store that understands fit as well as this staff does.

I had a very positive experience. For the first time I felt validated and convinced to spend money on proper shoes for long term benefits. They listened to my concerns and addressed how I walk and fitted me for the perfect shoe. Well worth the time!

I didn't realize that this AMAZING store was just 2 towns over from me. I was looking for a new pair of shoes to take to a Vegas Work Conference. I came in just expecting to browse the aisles and ended up with Jeff helping me. The level of detail; patience and obvious intelligence he showed was truly legendary. I seriously don't remember being "sized" for a shoe since I was a child. I have multiple issues with my feet/legs & hips and the shoes he picked out for me were PERFECT! I ended up leaving with 3 pairs; 2 orthotics and 3 compression socks (for flying!). I'm just back from walking over 8 miles a day and I wouldn't have made it without the new shoes! Ahh Comfort Shoes will be the ONLY place I'll go for shoes and orthotics from now on. The orthotics were even better than the custom fit ones I had MADE for me. I will be shouting from the rooftop how incredible this store is and have already referred 6 people to visit! Thank you Jeff and staff for helping me!!

Very disappointed in our experience here. Went with my disabled veteran husband to get fitted as he needs to have comfortable shoes. We left the fitting to the professional there. She found a New Balance shoe and added orthotics. Final cost $250 but worth it for what we thought was a professionally fitted shoe. He walked around the store and seemed to do well. The first time he wore them and walked 1.5 blocks exactly his toe was red and rubbed. We returned to the store and were told because he wore them outside for the 1.5 blocks they could not be returned or exchanged. The shoes show no wear or dirt(I have pictures) but we were honest. We live in a small apartment and don't where shoes inside. This is why he wore them to walk to the local place and back. They did accept a returned the orthotics but the shoes are now just an expensive paperweight. Just don't bother as these shoes can be found cheaper everywhere and they obviously don't stand behind their fittings.

To clarify the store's response. We did not "go out to Peggy Kinades" we walked 1.5 blocks to pick up an order. There was no dirt or wear on the shoes. I guess honesty is being punished.

Mr. Ford was NOT offered a new size. Stretching was offered and he may return if needed. Also, Mr. Ford said that the shoes without the insoles would have to do as he had no other choice but was in no way "satisfied".

On several occasions I told both the person who helped us and the manager that our disappointment in the situation was not a personal reflection on them as people but with the service provided. To call me biligerent is outrageous. There was no name calling or verbal attack in anyway. We left in a calm but very frustrated manner and told the manager we would be sharing our experience on social media.

I infrequently review businesses and feel compelled to do so today.

My experience with Danny was excellent. She provided top notch customer service in a friendly, patient, zero-pressure approach. I’m accustomed to selecting an in-person shopping experience based upon a store’s reputation and my expectation of the staff’s expertise. I sought that out today, branching out from a typical shoe style for me.

I do not expect bad attitude and immaturity. Unfortunately, both were on display with Jeff(rey)? I’m not sure if he is the manager, owner, or an employee - regardless - no matter your title or what is going on during your day, two notes: the customer trying on/walking in new shoes does not yield a walkway to you…it’s a shoe store (not your home). Second note, do not bark orders about business phone calls in front of a customer. Bonus note, don’t yell across the store. Your thoughts on where someone is/has been seated for their appointment simply don’t need to be public knowledge.

You are not Gordon Ramsay or a first responder and this is about shoes, not fine dining, a car accident, any emergency whatsoever or anything other than shoes. Customer first. Thankfully, Danny gets it! Jeff - chill out. Your customers will be more comfortable and I’ll bet I’m not the only one thinking it.
