Amazing customer service!! Been coming to them for years but recently had a mower break down during a busy Friday and (I believe Mike and Tammy) in the repairs division helped us out and got us going within 10 minutes! Will be a long time returning customer. Thanks guys!

This was my first time doing business with AHW. We wanted to buy a riding lawn mower. I spoke to the sales rep, saw that they had the model I wanted on the showroom floor after discussion and went home filled out the application, got approved on the spot. We needed one ASAP, since we moved and did not have one. After working to setup the delivery it took 7 days to deliver the mower 20mins away. I also purchased 2 additional accessories with the mower that I asked to be delivered along with it, since they also arrived at the shop the same day the mower was delivered. I was charged $75 for delivery of the mower, NO accessories. Ended up waiting an additional two weeks to get those items, by making 2 separate trips to the store myself. Additionally, upon getting the tow behind cart I purchased home, I used it to move few hundred pounds of dirt. It was then that I noticed that they assembled the unit wrong, installing the pin where the bolt was supposed to be, and causing the cart to flip while using it and inadvertently dump the load all over the yard. The whole experience left me dissatisfied feeling like I was the least valued customer there and they had no interest in my small purchase. I communicated the above issues to the rep and got no resolution. Better yet, I had called hrs after taking delivery to ask if I could purchase MORE, and finance them along with the mower. The sales rep told me that he was too busy and didn't want to rewrite the contract to include the additional items. I was dumbfounded, as a sales channel manager I would never expect to hear this out of one of our distributors, let alone a John Deere reseller. This first experience was not expected nor appreciated. It's not hard to do much better than this.

The prices on parts are getting way out of hand I don't know what the problem is but a part that is $10.51 online they have 10 different brands none of them exceeding 3395 and their part the same thing is 184.00 how do you explain that much different just better off to get everything online trying to get rich quick off of hard-working back breaking farmers

Our salesman, David, was so nice and got everything done so quickly!
Easiest purchase ever!
Our delivery person, Evan, took his time answering all of my questions in a very thorough way.
I was nervous because of the new tractor but he made it so much easier for me!
The service department is ALWAYS fast and friendly.
I'll only buy from them!

We brought our 1025R tractor in because it was leaking. We were told that it would be around 1,800 dollars because the trans needed to be pulled to change an 0 ring. When Jerry called to say it was done he informed us that after they had reassembled the tractor they found another leak and had torn it all apart again to repair the second leak and the new total was 3,500 dollars! Originally he had told us he would call us if there were any other issues and he never did. When we asked Jerry how long it had been done he said a week. Really? To make extra repairs without the customer's knowledge and then not even call them when it's done is very poor customer service. Plus it was filthy when we picked it up, and we take very good care of our machines. We are very disheartened and disgusted , and would give 0 stars if we could on this experience.
