Contacting customer service through their website brought significantly better service than the storefront.
After less than 30 days of use, a hole started forming above the instep due to the laces rubbing against the material. When I reached out to address the issue, I was met with unhelpful responses and no meaningful attempt to resolve the problem. They told me in store they wouldn’t honor their warranty because I ‘tied my boots too tight’ I was dismissed rather than valued as a customer. After contacting customer service I was met with outstanding and reliable service that helped me solve the tissue with the boots.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and great customer service. Bunny boots were toasty warm up the steese, rugged and comfy. I was a lucky shopper and was gifted an Artic Oven beanie and my head was cooking like a ptarmigan on a cast iron skillet.

Amazing customer service, and quality work done! Lisa installed heavy duty snaps onto my custom thick wool, winter lined jacket, everything fit perfectly and the snaps were a breeze to use!

Sales guy worked harder to tell me (female who walked in alone) how I didn’t want exactly what i was asking for. I pointed out that he was trying to talk me out of buying the tent tie down kit, and he said he wasn’t trying to talk me out of it - but that it’s so expensive. I asked him if he meant that the kit itself wasn’t worth the price Of course he didn’t mean that, he was just worried about me spending so much money ($130.). Unfortunately it is exactly what I need, but I won’t go back there & have that punk try to manage my finances. FYI, I did not know him at all personally, so there was no relationship or expectation between us to share finances.

They produce top quality products. Been purchasing off the shelf stuff for years (arctic oven, vehicle cold weather fronts, etc.) And recently had some custom work done. Wasn't "perfect" when I went to pick up but they redid the order and made it exactly as I wanted. Will continue as a repeat customer for sure!

A local supplier of arctic ovens and tents that hold up to our rough climate. They carry a good range of quality fabrics and tarp material as well as a variety of hardware and webbing, among other things. Their new focus is on air frames, which I'm not familiar with, but I trust their employees to know more about those supplies if that is what you are looking for.

Hands-down the best tent in the world. I have stayed in this thing and subzero temperatures in class 2 hurricane winds. Have been in some of the most remote parts of Alaska and always stay warm and dry. One piece of kit I know I can always rely on.
