Order only if you're prepared to wait for your package. I checked that all items were available because I wanted to take them on a hiking trip. I placed the order on July 23rd, and the package was supposed to arrive by July 30th. A week after ordering, I was informed that some items were unavailable. I couldn't cancel the order and didn't have time to order from elsewhere. Eventually, the package arrived on August 27th — about a month late. The hiking trip was already over.

Avoid from the UK Product was good, and arrived fast. BUT I got slapped with an additional £50 VAT / import duty, despite their terms and conditions which state this would NOT be the case for lower priced goods. I tried calling over several days. No answer Online chat and support system. Very slow. No help

The shoes were NOT delivered by UPS, I could prove that with the camera at my house. The customer service response was falling death after four weeks and I paid 151 euro for a lot of trouble and NO shoes. After 4 weeks I went to send a package myself with DHL. It turned out the shoes were at the parcel centre of our small village and the owner pointed out that there was still apackage awaiting for me: the shoes I got finally, no thanks to UPS.

I'm happy to announce that I placed an order with Alpinstore and had no issues whatsoever. In fact it was actually cheaper then ordering the same item from North America. My order had $50 customs and $40 shipping to Canada and it arrived in 5 days from France which is insane, some times I can't even get things from the other side of Canada that fast. The whole process went super smoothly and I got my sought after mountaineering boots after trying to find them in stock in the US for over 6 months. Thanks Alpinstore!

Shocked to see so many bad reviews. I was indeed very concern about this company right after I placed my order. I bought two pairs of Scarpa climbing shoes and got an extra 15% off for ‘French Days’. The total came up to $210 per pair of shoes ($55 CAD for custom fees). All in all, shipment was super quick to Canada, only took three business days with UPS and the price was amazingly low - I’m super happy with my purchase! Thank goodness I didn’t get scammed. I saved at least $60cad per pair of shoes! Highly recommend this company. Usually full retail price for a pair of Scarpas is $270 so the promo they have right now is a steal.
