I stopped by last night & the woman working there would not leave our side. After she helped us & we thanked her, she stood there & stared at us. I was trying to have a private conversation with my daughter about what she wanted, but this woman was extremely rude. I think she was attempting to be friendly & helpful, but she was doing the exact opposite. She was completely grumpy & condescending & made the experience very awkward. I also had to pay extra for using a credit card! I would recommend stopping here for sizing, then ordering online. The only reason I bought the boots was because she needed them in 2 days & I wouldn’t have been able to get them online in time.
I love supporting local businesses & don’t mind spending a little extra to do so, but I won’t be back here again.

I will never shop there again. The manager was very rude when I wanted to return shoes that I had purchased. I also won’t recommend them to anyone. I used to recommend them but never again. Just an FYI, if you purchase an item there, they say their policy is no refunds only exchanges but it’s not posted any where except on the receipt after you purchase which was pointed out to me when returning.

I tried going in to buy a new pair of boots for myself and had an overall horrible experience! I was pestered and watched the whole time. The people working asked me over 3 times if i needed help and i tried to act respectful but they just wouldn’t get off my case. I told them no all three times, and after they would just stare at me disrespectfully. I will NOT be coming back here again!

Bought my first 3 pairs of western boots here 8-10 years ago and recently needed a new pair of dress boots. The employee was very helpful and she spent over 20 minutes with me one on one even though there were others in the store browsing. The store is fairly small but offers a surprising variety of boots, of which I found a nice pair of dress westerns. The selection of boots is practical with a nice variety of work, casual, and dress. I will continue to patronize this establishment.

I love this store, it has a massive selection of quality Boots and accessories, accents for every style, I also the smell of leather. The staff is very friendly, helpful and has a lot of patience, it's hard to find shoes or boots that fit my wide feet comfortably but they were as determined as I was and after about an hour we found perfection and I look forward to going back.

The owner was very rude. He kept showing me boots I didn't want after repeatedly stating my preferences. Then when I said I'm going to look around and check different prices he just walked away and avoided me.

This place is a joke. I bought a pair of boots and a hat. I like the boots but i didnt like the hat. When I bought it. I was told by the kid working there, that I could return it if I didnt like it. I tried to return it and the lady working told me she doesnt do refunds. I showed her the tags were still on it and it was never worn. The lady then proceeded to tell me that the hat was damaged.
This place does not stand behind their product or their word.

Don't buy anything.

Horrible quality, cheap clothing. Also the store owner got aggressive with me when I wanted my money back. I have never had an experience like that in a store. And I'm sure he wonders why people would rather shop at a big chain store. He actually said that I wanted the money to "buy drugs." I am absolutely uphauled at the way I was treated.
