Great experience and great service. I first tried to go through Gilman Gear and encountered some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. All I wanted was basic information regarding my purchased order and I was met with animosity as they went ahead and canceled my order without notifying me because I asked for details.

My experience with Anthem Sports was great. Great price for the products and within 30 seconds of ordering I already had all the details. This is how business is done; the point is for the customer to have confidence in the company processing their order to ensure it's done correctly. Anthem did this and I am very pleased! Thank you Anthem for being professional and willing to do the basics for your customers.

Ordered a field hockey grip. Order successful, confirmation received, payment processed, item in stock, confirmed it would ship that day. Then they decided to cancel the order because they had a problem with my email address in FedEx. An email address that worked for the order confirmation. And all the marketing emails they have sent me since. So they canceled the order and did not notify me at the email address that worked fine for the order confirmation. And their marketing emails. 17 days later, my daughter is starting her season using a borrowed stick.

I HIGHLY recommend placing an order with Anthem Sports! The customer service is 5 star. There was a fed ex issue where Fed Ex showed the item as delivered but I had not received it! Tanya spent HOURS on the phone trying to track down the package then sent me a replacement which arrived within days! A company sets themselves a part when there is an order issue and they handle customers with empathy, respect and a resolution focused attitude opposed to a 'just-doing-my-job' approach! I am a lifetime customer now! Thank you Tanya for everything!

I was really blown away by the service I received from Anthem Sports. I placed an order, and emailed a question about shipping (as I was hoping the item would arrive in time for my son's birthday).

I honestly wasn't hopeful and was pleasantly surprised when I received a phone call shortly after from Catherine, who worked with me to find a comparable item that they had in stock so it would arrive in time.

A US company with real people who call when needed?! Yes, I'm doing business with them again.

Wow!! What service. Ordered on 5/4, received on 5/6. Outstanding service! My granddaughter needed a new glove, wish she had told me sooner. Right hand gloves are hard to come by this late in spring. But you had one, and delivered in two days. Like I said, outstanding service. Thank you and your team.

It was so easy to order from Anthem Sports and get all of the equipment and gear we needed for our Baseball Rec Council. Most items shipped the same day I ordered which allowed us to avoid delays getting our gear out to the teams. Thanks

I ordered a specific Schutte baseball helmet which is an older model. I couldn’t find this helmet anywhere else so I was willing to pay $39.95 for the helmet and the shipping charge of $46.36 for shipping. I needed the helmet to match the other 11 my kids have. I was sent the wrong helmet, but issued a total refund which I didn’t expect or ask for!!!
