My family has been going to this establishment for years. Normally employees are kind. Today when I stopped to refill our water containers I had taken part of my payment in coins mostly quarters in addition to the cash. I had about 15 cents in pennies and the male employee rudely told me that those coins were for me to use at McDonald’s not there. I was in disbelief and made me feel unwelcome.

Hoy, cuando me detuve a rellenar nuestros contenedores de agua, había recibido parte de mi pago en monedas, principalmente en monedas de veinticinco centavos. Tenía alrededor de 15 centavos en monedas de un centavo y el empleado me dijo groseramente que esas monedas eran para que yo las usara en McDonald's, no allí. No podía creer lo grosero que fue y me hizo sentir incómodo

I've been going to Aqua Fresh for a couple of years. The employees are always nice.

But recently there is a female employee who has an attitude. It's 35 cents per gallon, yet she will charge me 25 cents for a quart?

Today Sunday 04-30-2023 I brought in a one gallon bottles. By the third bottle she said I should use the outside water dispenser.

I said no thanks because the homeless folks mess around with it. She said she cleans it everyday. That may be true but I still prefer to use the inside nozzles.

She kept telling me to use the outside dispenser. I said no thanks.
She eventually filled my third bottle. What I don't understand is as long as the store is open, just fill up my one gallon bottle and get your 35 cents. Why send me to the outside dispenser. She is the rudest employee I've met at Aqua Fresh.

I hope she rotates out soon and the good employees come back.

This spot deserves no stars, bought a ceramic water dispenser for $27 and i was hesitant at first because it looked like it was about to break because of how he applied the spout, he put the spout on with a wrench and loosened it a bit since it was about to break, he claimed that if it did break to come and exchange it. Not even 4 days later it cracked completely and now that I come back to ask for an exchange he claims to have told me it only had a one day guarantee and refused to at least give me my money back. That is not how someone does business, you should be a person of your word. Something that was caused by him and now refusing to exchange the product.

Really nice people and they offer to fill for you! Clean water and clean place. Even because of Covid they are open late.
