We had a really great experience at this Arc'teryx location! I ordered a jacket online, but it was canceled, so we decided to just take the trek to a store instead. We called ahead of time to make sure the jacket I was looking for was in stock, and the associate, Connor, was very kind and took the time to search the store, as well as check if other locations had the jacket. When we went in to pick up the jacket, we were glad to see that Connor was there and he was just as kind in-person, as was his colleague.

It's a small, relatively new store/location, but it still has a good selection to look at. If you are coming to find a specific piece, make sure to call ahead and confirm they have it. They will put it on hold for 24 hours!

They are just starting their own locations. Inventory is limited. Some clothing only available on line. Praying they get it fully together cause I'm tired of The North Face. I experienced rapid fading in color from NF in 3 of the same jackets I own(black). They fixed all the zippers but no comment on the color issue.

Came here for Black Friday, and there was a selection of various clothes and shoes on sale for both men and women. Selection was quite small, however, and felt more like a clearance sale. The store workers were very welcoming, and made sure to know that we can ask them any questions. My experience here was overall good, but the one thing that bugged me was that there was only one changing room. While I was using the room, someone almost walked in while I was changing, and I had to yell to not come in. A little awkward, but I feel that there should be some kind of sign ? to let other people know that the room is being used.

While I love the products, they really didn't have all that much inventory. It's a small store and doesn't reflect the breath of clothing they have online.
