I’ve had a fantastic experience at Arc’teryx. I visited a couple of times searching for a toque beanie, and Keri went above and beyond to make sure I left with one. She even added me to a list to be contacted as soon as the next shipment of beanies arrived. The entire team was friendly, attentive, and helpful. Went into the store today just to look around. Diego came up to my fiance and myself and was SUPER friendly! I came in very skeptical about the product especially because of the prices but Diego explained everything to me. He was super knowledgeable about the product and explained all different styles, materials, and what they are for. I could tell that he was super passionate about this brand and he truly loves his job. Thank you Diego for taking your time to explain this brand and the products to us. If you have any questions ask Ryan. He helped me to choose a backpack for my first ever backcountry skiing

Great service! I worked with Michael today, and he was fantastic. Knowledgable, polite, and go me in & out quickly. That last part was greatly appreciated, especially when shopping during lunch breaks!

I stopped by to look for different items, and I found a couple, and I will probably come back for other things I saw. The lady who was working on fixing things was friendly and helpful.
I've owned a few of their products, and they are well made, and I like their quality, and that's why I keep coming back.
They also have a very attractive line that is at a higher point. At the same time, I like their design, so I'll come back for an item or two.
They have free parking at the mall and the checkout was fast.

It’s always a good time visiting this store. It’s beautiful, clean, with friendly staff. I always get greeted with a smile and feel so welcomed (shout out to Carlos).
