Paid for fastest shipping, order did not arrive when scheduled. Called Ariat and was told by Monica that my order had not been shipped yet. She said she would refund the $25 expedited shipping. The warehouse didn't have my size yet so they couldn't ship. I asked for a complete refund. Monica said NO the order has already been placed.
Well, if the warehouse doesn't have it yet why can't I get a refund? Asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they are BOTH at lunch. (How convenient) If the warehouse house don't have it why can't you cancel it?

I had been looking for an Ariat softshell jacket I previously owned. Mine was stolen from me at a restaurant. One of the employees at the Ariat store at WEC, Livia, took the time to find the jacket online for me, at another vendor. I ordered it, and it is on its way. I appreciated that she took a personal interest in my situation, got online immediately, and started working on my problem and resolved it! Even though the store didn’t have the jacket, she found it for me! What excellent customer service! Outstanding! I also bought a beautiful shirt for my boyfriend (a Valentine’s gift,) while there. The store has an excellent selection and the staff was great!
