I have been buying shoes for several years at Arrowsmith shoes.
The quality of their products is to notch. When I talk to Frank, he gives me honest feedback. I really feel like he wants me to have to desired end results. I've had a few setbacks with returns. However, they inspire to provide the satisfaction necessary to keep the customer happy.

This company is horrible. They keep a huge portion of your money after you pay more of your $$ to return their crappy shoes. They even keep your sales tax. Not sure how they keep sales tax when the sale was reversed. Been chasing them for weeks to have my card credited with no success. Buy your shoes elsewhere. Their policies suck.

Dishonest and unethical company! Order 16792 was never shipped or refunded. Got the run-around for over a year stating covid shipping delays. I have called and emailed countless times. They don't respond. Don't acknowledge there's problem. Certainly have never made any attempt to resolve the issue with a refund or shoes. They are dishonest thieves and stole $672.22.

We will be filing a criminal complaint with the FBI cyber crimes unit (and others).

This review will remain here until we get a refund or shoes. Disgusting company

Superb company with exceedingly an amazing customer service.
It's very a brilliant company, I ordered pair of sneakers which were delivered to me way before than the provided timescale.The probable delivery timescale is up to 25-28 days, however, I’ve ordered three pairs of sneakers(Fennix Toby), and all were delivered exactly on 14th day after the order was placed.

When the pair was delivered, I was approached the owner of the company to find out if the shoe quality was as I was expecting, fitting and the customer service, especially the colour of Navy sneaker.
If anyone has a bit of doubt then you can call the customer service number and have you concerns answered.

Gorgeous shoes! I had looked at hundreds of shoes online for two upcoming weddings I am in. The shoes are the perfect shade of champagne, not too pink or gold. I ordered two sizes, sent back one that was too large, prompt return and communication! Fantastic customer service from Alex, he has been so helpful! I will be back!

After purchasing a pair of high-end men's shoes from a firm that sent me obvious seconds, I placed an order with expedited shipping from Arrowsmith, and the shoes were perfect. The were shipped directly from the manufacturer of the shoe so I know they were first quality. Arrived in time for trip. Couldn't be happier. Great prices, and I was able to use a coupon for even greater discount. Planning to purchase another pair.

I purchased my second pair of the Navy Blue Eel Cowboy Boots and was very pleased. This is about the 8th pair of boots I've ordered from Arrowsmith. I love the quality of service they provide and i am never disappointed in the boots i buy. They always look great and feel so good on my feet. Definitely won't be the last pair i buy from them.
