Best shoe repair around. I've been going to this guy for over 15 years. Besides shoe repair he made me a great pair of leather sandals and a leather belt. Always does excellent work!

I have been going to this shoe store for a number of years and this is my first review because I don’t normally review places unless there’s something very technical to be said about them that I can add to the business. I have never had a bad experience at the store any of the jobs that he has done have always been quality work. I think a few years ago there was a shoe I brought in that I had the sole come loose and he re-did it free of charge, I did not have another problem. Quality work, fair prices I would fully be comfortable with recommending this business to anyone. And I often do.

Sweet old man just trying to repair shoes. No nonsense repairs and pretty great prices. He won’t do what’s unnecessary and expensive if there’s a cheaper way to get it done.

Only reason I’m giving this place a 1 star is because I’m not able to give it a ZERO! I had the WORST experience!! NEVER will I return to this place!!

So here’s my story...I dropped off my boots to get fixed on Tuesday (11/20) because I needed them for Thanksgiving which was 11/22, the guy told me they would be ready the next day which was Wednesday (11/21) by 5pm. I was like cool, I will be here to pick them up. Oh and by the way The guy was so quick to charge me and take my money the same day I dropped them off! But, I was like okay this is his business he has to make his money right!?

Anyway, so I go in the next day to pick up my boots right...I get there at about 4:15pm and the place is CLOSED!!!!! Can you believe this! The place was closed!!! I couldn’t even believe it! After the guy told me my boots would be ready by 5pm!!! I was so furious!!! I needed my boots for Thanksgiving! This was the only reason I dropped them off at this place cause he said he would be able to fix them and I could get them on time! And the worst thing is that he had my phone number, he could of called me and told me he was closing early (cause that’s exactly what happened) but he didn’t! He is so unprofessional and does not care about his customers! I will NEVER return to this place!
