I was very pleased with my experience here. I came in to try their free fancy foot scanner so I would know exactly what size/type of feet I have. They were able to give me details about my feet that I never knew!

I was then able to try on a few pairs of shoes that they recommended to meet my needs. The entire process took maybe 15 minutes and then I was on my way, I was shocked at how easy the process was! I will definitely be back when I need workout shoes in the future.

If you are new to running or are training for your first long distance race, Athletic Annex is the place to start! The staff here is extremely knowledgable and professional. Jake and Christy assisted me and they were more than helpful! I am training for my first marathon and typically just buy my shoes online, but there really is nothing like in-person customer service and applicable knowledge. Christy was very kind and helpful and she walked me through multiple shoe options that might work for me and I even tested them out on the treadmill in store. She also provided advice on good running socks and nutrition. I will definitely be back next time I need new shoes!

Adam was great to deal with. He did a scan of my feet and asked me questions about what kind of running/jogging I wanted to do. He brought me out 3 different brands that all were good options and felt good on my foot. I picked the same shoe style I last bought from them. This place is totally different than the big stores. A great experience getting a shoe I really like!

Trent, the salesman, perfectly assessed the type of running shoe for me which was a vanilla color Hoka Bondi. The shoe fits great, is light weight and the rocker feel in the toe makes it seem as if the shoe does the walking/running for you! Initially, I wasn’t enamored with the color, so Trent offered other options of colors for this model shoe. But, then I decided the vanilla color was exactly the neutral color I needed. I appreciated Trent’s recommendation, professionalism, kindness and genuine desire to select the perfect shoe for me. Outstanding experience with Trent and Athletic Annex!
