First, Thank you to everyone at The Bike Haven for taking their time and making our bike like new again. We love the hometown feeling you get once you step into the shop. The two gentlemen that helped me out were absolutely top notch! Very professional and respectful. My wife was ecstatic when she came home and saw her bike sitting in the garage. Everytime she sees the bike, she makes a comment about how great it looks and what an amazing job the guys at The Bike Haven have done. Spring can't get here quick enough for her. We love that they carry Electra Townie bikes but what my husband and I were really impressed with was their customer service and attention to detail. Josh was very welcoming, friendly and patient as he answered all of our questions. We ended up having two bikes tuned and purchased a new one as well. We definitely recommend this shop!!

I absolutely love them, both McHenry and Woodstock locations! Family owned business who treat their customers like family. Knowledgeable staff that always offers guidance, opinions and top of the line customer service with quality workmanship.i have bought multiple bikes from them and have and always will send my friends, family and clients as I know and trust the Bike Haven to provide the same high quality service. With having back issues, I was looking for a bike that provided comfort while riding. The Bike Haven was great! They explained the different options available, advantages and what to expect with riding this type of bike. I test drove a Townie and was sold! This bike is awesome! It has allowed me to enjoy longer bike rides without added stress to my back. I highly recommend The Bike Haven.

Awesome service. Brought my daughter in for a bike knowing she'll obviously grow bc she's ten and they set us up with a bike that she'll grow into. They weren't looking to make money on us. They were looking to take care of us and her. She's really happy with the purchase and we are extremely happy with the service. Can't wait to get some accessories:)
