Mel and her team are awesome! I needed a country outfit and get nervous shopping but no need to be at Back to Basics!! They helped me pick my dress and accessorize it 💕 And everything in the store is such high quality. I got the most compliments on my outfit during a show. I stopped in here on a Wednesday afternoon looking for cowboy boots. I tried on several and was about to give up when finally there was a pair that I liked and they fit. The staff person who was helping me was so helpful and personable. They really have so many options and a whole room of clothing and other things but I don’t have a lot of time left to look around. By the way these boots are Ariat brand and so comfortable.

I went here years ago and remember the boot selection being so much bigger then it was this trip. The selection was very small and limited. They were all super nice and helpful, however putting 300. boots on a teenager and not saying the price until I hit the cashier was a little of a shock. I work in the customer service industry and have always been told to quote before they make it to the register and they get a sticker shock. Yes i could of said NO, BUT the look on that face would of been destroyed. So will I ever return most likely not. I will order online or go to a competitor who had way more selection and way better prices for name brand boots.

Absolutely love this place for anything western. Best selection of boots and gear. Bob gives you that small town service we all like. Combine that with his knowledge of products you cant go wrong here... Another visit yesterday since the remodel and its amazing! As always they will always be my first stop for anything and everything western wear

Just visited the store for the first time since the remodel and WOW! Terrific expansion. Beautiful space. Same great traditional western selection that has historically been available at Back to Basics. Love to see it bustling during the holiday season!
